I think Conor and his fiancé are probably going to get that award although it’s not much of an achievement lol. I find Tom and Greg’s relationship so fascinating. Every scene is so layered and can be interrupted in a different way IMO. It’s just so fun to watch these two play off each other.
Nicholas Braun’s ability to constantly stutter when he speaks as Greg is so oddly satisfying and incredibly impressive to me. It’s like he’s in a never ending state of anxiety and I love it.

Im obsessed with the way Tom takes Greg under his wing. From episode one Tom knew that he would be a good person to have on his side... he's Roy blood, impressionable, ignorant and willing to do what he's told to be brought in. It was a genius catch by Mr. Bond aka Tom.

Greg's eyes and voice become so soft when he is speaking to Tom, there are moments where his is purelly 'watching Tom's mouth move', if you know what I mean. Also Tom becomes frantic and full of energy next to him, invading his space constantly. This is an amazing acting job... these bodies want each other.
One of the funniest little details in season 1 is that there Greg is, in a billionaire family, and he's so nervous and awkward that he can't ask to stay at someone's house for a couple weeks. He'd be able to stay at someone's place and literally not even see the other person because it's so big but he's paying to stay at a Youth Hostel 😂

I think they’re all in good fun, but a lot of the time you can tell that fans are reaching a bit and that the creators never intended for a relationship to hold THAT much focus. And when I heard that people shipped Greg with Tom, I thought “wow, out of all the shows to ship characters, Succession has got to be at the bottom. It’s literally about a bunch of sociopathic rich people trying to ruin each other.” But dude, holy shit. These two are basically fucking. Like it’s not even subtle, Tom is more invested in his husband rather than his wife.
I just need to watch the series again, because I still can't wrap my brain around this relationship. It's like looking at the sun for a few seconds, but then you look away because it hurts. Then you look again, and its warm, majestic, and bright, then it hurts again. Other than that, I don't know how to describe it.
