This is absolutely the best one by far. Things like these can only be found at the stores for hundreds of dollars!
Talk about detail... its all in the details... and bud - you nailed it. Looking at your garage... or workshop... you obviously pay attention to details! Awesome, thank you. Perhaps after Halloween, you can show how you organized your garage? It looks great.
Thank you Tony! Yea that might be a good video to make!
Who else was looking at his biceps when he was talking about attaching the arm! hahahaha. I was so distracted by the amazing muscles! anywho, I love this and will be making it!
Haha thank you! I workout often while not building props 😆
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY You replied! lol Well now I have to sub, hehe. This Texan girl already bought a bunch of deer motors, thanks!!
@@chazcantoo1580 win win! Haha
If you do need help or get stuck with any process while building it, let me know and I’ll help
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY Will do! :)
I was distracted too! Great video!
I'm staring at his garage set up and being very envious of his garage and all the tools
Before gluing the hips together, put a mark across the elbow and the T pieces to indicate the lean, that way you just line those back up when you glue and reassemble. Great build! I love that you left in the "mistakes" and helped others learn from them, too!
What a great tip! Thank you for that. Glad you love the build
We love making our own props and this one is so simple and one of the smoothest I’ve seen! Great job!
Thank you for such an awesome comment!
You're awesome! Thank you for providing all the measurements and materials! I really appreciate it!
Thank you for giving dimensions!! I told my wife with these detailed instructions I can do this. She is stoked.
Absolutely spot on with the supplies list and measurements. Easy to follow and pleasant to watch. Excellent video.
Thank you so much Laura
Every time i think you can't come out with a better project you do! this has blown me away! so incredible
Thanks for this.
Followed your tutorial for this past Halloween and it came out great!! Your instructions are just what I needed to feel like I could make my own. Thanks!!
This is Awesome!
This one really gives you chills!!! Love love love your creation!!! I'm amazed at what you keep coming up with!!!
So glad you love it!
This is a FANTASTIC video how-to! Thank you for the info!
Thank you so much Mike!
Out of all the videos I've seen making or designing these props, THIS video, is by far, the most informative, easy to follow, well made video I've seen. Thank you kind sir, for a job well done. Just one thing (for other's information) when attaching the rib frame, getting the angle right in those few seconds before the cement hardens, before you put the cement in, determine the angle you want, then with a marker, draw a line on the connector, and then onto the leg, so that when you put the cemented pieces together.....BOOM...all you have to do is line up the line on both pieces. Then the teacher will give you an A+
I love this one! This really is the best so far.
Thank you!
DUDE!!!!! AMAZING!!! Watched your cauldron build too!!! Subscribed!!
Thank you! So glad you did
The witch and the cauldron are both awesome. Thanks for the videos.
This totally awesome,,love it
Isaac thank you for an extremely clear easy to follow video. You took your time to explain every step so well. Just a suggestion when ever you need to make sure your pvc pieces line up at the correct angle you can use a magic marker and strike a line over the 2 parts to be glued together. When you take them apart to glue them when you put them back together just line up the marks again. Great video, keep up the good work.
Another fantastic video!!!!
Love how you explain every step so clearly.
And glad you’re back!! I’ve missed seeing new videos 👻
This is my time making one . Your diy plan was very easy and helpful. Thank you !
Killer work!
Really cool
Use a Sharpie to mark the alinement of the pipes before glue-up an old plumbers hack, saves a lot of tears!
That’s actually a great tip! Wish I had thought of that before! Thank you
Awesome job and fantastic camera work! Love the zoom in shots.
Thanks for the detailed plans and walkthrough that prompted me to give animatronics a try. I did have to tweak the works a bit. Found that JBWelding the Hurricane Tie to the motor post added a lot more stability than just attachiing it with the bolt. I decided to go with a D&D Lich theme for mine, so I call him The Cauldron King. I posted a video of him in all his glory on my channel.
Spooky LOVE IT ❤❤❤❤
beautiful touch with the cauldron. ive made the witch before but that caudron is sweet.
So glad I found your channel! This is awesome! I might give this a try
There’s still time to give it a try this year. I’m here if you need any help with the build 😊
Love the way she moves ... beautiful work and easy instructions .. also thanks for showing how to face the issues that sprang up by trying different things. - Halloween is my favorite time of the year .. You are inspiring.
Thank you so much for this awesome comment. I think part of any good tutorial is showing what didn’t work and how we fixed it. Halloween is my favorite time as well. I have two projects coming out every single week in September so I hope you’re ready
Awesome build! I am definitely going to do this for Halloween!!
Would be awesome if you did!
Awesome
My FAVORITE creation. You are a master conjurer 🤯🥰🖤🖤🖤🖤
Thank you! ❤️
I love your detailed video !!! makes anyone feel they can do it too!
Thank you!
Instead of glueing the joints, you can use sheet metal screws to secure the joints. This allows more compact storage options!
And the possibility of changing the pose!
i have to say this is simple and so dramatic. great job
Wow! Had to subscribe! I've never made anything like this but I'm going to attempt it!
Do it! It’s so fun and the step-by-step guide should make it easier than it was for me. Let me know if you have any questions
Another amazing tutorial! Thank you!!!
This is the most awesome DIY I've seen on UA-cam! I definitely will have one in my yard for Halloween this year.
Thank you so much Rebecca!
Wow! What a awesome project and a awesome job. thank you
Thank you so much Jackson !
Thank you for sharing! Love your channel!
So glad to have you here, Ally!
Wow this is amazing and info is so detailed, thank you
Trying to make it super easy for anyone to follow 😃
Absolutely amazing!!!!!
Thanks! You were the first to see the preview 😎
I'm speechless! The most amazing DIY animatronic witch I have ever seen. I don't have the talent for this, but boy, I wish I did!
Thank you so much man! It was a fun project and came out so good!
Love it! 🎃
Thanks for the instructions, very helpful!!
You’re very welcome !
Hi Isaac thanks for your advice the other day so far i got the frame done tomorrow i hope to get the motor attached and pray it works
Awesome! So happy you’re building it. Let me know if you need assistance with anything or get stuck
Very cool and inspiring idea. Easy to understand instructions!
Thank you David!
The only thing I can say is "FANTASTIC, AMAZING, and REALLY SPOOKY!"
Thank you so much for making this. I had nearly the same exact idea and have wanted to make it for years but didn't really know how to go about it. I'm gonna totally make it this year!
Fannnnnnntastic! Totally going to make her!! You did a great job explaining how to do it! Ty! I’m following you for more ideas!! Ty!!
Thank you so much Tracy! Glad you love her! And thanks for becoming a new subscriber
I love that you did a parts list & blueprint, but I especially like that it can breakdown for storage... that kept going through my head. Awesome awesome job!
Thank you! I wanted to make it as easy as possible (cause I’m not a technical guy lol). So I wanted to make sure anyone could follow along
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY I’m having massive trouble getting this motor to run in a circle properly. It keeps getting stuck mid way
@@leeachenbach4768 Is there a way I can message you on Facebook or Instagram so you can show me video and see if I can give you some resolution?
I’m having the same problem. I can’t get the deer motor to run smoothly. She falls back from the top. How far from the bottom of the spine did you attach the bracket?
@@christopherturner5490 send me a video on Facebook so I can see the problem better. Search Isaac Alexander DIY
This is the best Halloween project I've seen!! So great!!🎃👻💀

Awesome job
This is freaking cool! 😍😍😍

This video is great, all your videos are great. Please do more of them, I learn a lot from watching them.
Thank you Greg! Will do more
This is WITCHTASTIC!
Great job Issac
Amazing 🎃👻🕷️💀❤️
First year building or attempting to build animated props. Going to use this build in an attempt to try my first one. Thank you for the detailed explanation.
You’ve got this, good luck, I hope my video helps! 😀
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY it should. I may not be an engineer but this should be great help. Thanks again for the great work.
When you're gluing pieces together that need to be at specific angles, prop them up without glue and then draw a line with a sharpie across both pieces so that when you put them together with glue, you just line up the marks to maintenance whatever angle you wanted.
Great tip! Thank you!
I was thinking the same thing. :)
Thank you for this great video. I’m going to attempt to make it.
I love this DIY
I have a tip for you. When you set any PVC joints, pipe etc. to where you think it is set for the angle you want etc. Before they are glued, take a sharpie and put a line on every joint and a line on the pipe, That is where the two should meet, then when you take it apart and go back and glue it.... it will be simple to align . I do this in intricate plumbing like for sprinkler systems.
Thank you so much for this tutorial!!
Thank you Julie!
Thank you thank you thank you I'm so happy I wanted this so bad ! My Halloween is going up you did a beautiful job explaining and a great prop!!
Thank you for the kind words!
You are definitely a very impressive individual!
Thank you so much Dino Daze !
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! 😱😍
Thank you Edith!

Thank you Tammy!
The witch is pretty cool!
Thank you! 🧙
Nicely done. I'm a big fan of PVC armatures and Dewalt tools. :D
Thanks Mark!
That is amazing!!!! Wow! SO cool! Love this!!!
Thank you Phoebe! Glad you love it!
You're welcome. =)
now this is a good instruktional video! great work mate!
Thanks man!
Whats better than PVC glue are screws. This way it makes it easier to store. I have been doing special effects for over 20 years. Keep up the good work.
OK, you're bad ass. This thing you created came to life. I'm creeped out! WOW 👌 👏 😍 👍
Haha thank you! It was one of my favorite projects to do
Amazing!!! Look little complicated for me, but maybe I will build this for my next Halloween 🎃. Thank you so much, you so much inspired me👏
It looks complicated but when it gets down to it, it’s not that difficult. You should definitely try it next year :)
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY I will and I will write here how it’s become. How much $ you spent on this project?
Wow 🤩 your amazing - you can make so much money 💰 this is actually way better than the ones at the stores ❤️❤️ congratulations your so smart n talented 🥳👍🏽❤️

@Isaac Alexander DIY ... *She is stunning !! You can tell she's an ancient one ... so precise with her chanting and stirring her special brew !!*
Can you make a video on how you disassemble and store your creations?
She was creepy!!! Just looking at her (in person) I had chills!!! Nice job
This is a great build. I would use a different mask/face and hands. All in all, fantastic build and well taught. Thank you for creating this instruction for us.
No problem
Awesome job !! thanks for the step by step !! HFL!!
Glad I could help ! 😎
awesome!!!
Very awesome
Thank you!
Ohhhh my good is amazing!!!!
Thank you!
So fingers cool!!!!
looking good 💪
Thanks Juliano!
use screws instead of glue on joints. can change if not glued!
I was thinking of some kind of joint to allow articulation and pose changes but until I can find that video I am using screws on my build
You might be able to use shower heads for the joints. Nearly full range of motion.
I love her she's awesome 😍😍😍
She’s amazing !
