Just getting around to listening to this episode (I just found you guys). I'm not sure you got the question about baptism right. The question for me is more about "when is the moment of salvation/justification". I would argue that happens the moment someone confesses Jesus Christ as Lord and repents of their sins before God. Baptism follows faith, in my opinion, as an act of obedience rather than a work necessary for salvation. (A blatant refusal to be baptized may be indicative of a false conversion however) I'll grant though that it's an incredibly complex question and probably one we won't fully understand this side of Heaven.
