That is why she was my first romance choice. She already knows what is up, and acts accordingly.
She's also the most educated about the true nature of the Slayer and is spitting facts yet again!

My favorite part of the Dark Urge playthrough is everyone trying to gentle parent you out of being a homicidal maniac 😂
Haven't played much yet, but they were surprisingly chill with me killing alfira and then not even bothering to hide it
(I didn't hide it because my character has issues and needs the help, being as open as possible about it seems to be the best strategy to not lose control)
Especially Astarion who is weirdly on board with such actions in general and a bit annoyed you're not into it yourself

Have you played the game? It makes it clear both Wyll and Karlach want nothing to do with the hells. Karlach was sold against her will by Gortash and forced to fight or die, and Wyll took a pact only to protect his home and the coast, and he was well aware he would regret it but had no choice.

Well all the companions have idle animations that make them look like they're all chill about it.
Minthara will say, "You're exquisite." if you transform in front of her. As for other dialogue, it's along the lines of "you terrify me but that also arouses me" lol. This was a romanced Minthara though so idk if it changes otherwise.

When I killed Isobel (in my 1.PT) because I didn't want to hurt my partner and saw that "Karlach disapproves"...
I mean, I knew I had it coming and even after mentally preparing for it, I couldn't bring myself to do it and went back to my old safe before and went with that route, risking the life of my partner just so this puppy-faced baby wouldn't hate me (ب_ب)
I don't think I could ever do an evil Durge run, especially not if morally good characters are in my Party💀

Astarion's response conflics me because if you pick the first option (embracing the power with what i can assume is serious intent) he insults you but if you pick the teasing/crueler options (typically #3) he plays along with it. Is he just placating another monster/master for survival?

It’s really weird how Lae’zel knows what the Slayer is.
Karlach makes sense, since she lived in Baldur’s Gate. But Lae’zel is from the Astral Plane, Bhaal doesn’t have the biggest presence there.
She probably read about it in a book
She was as devoted to her studies as she was to her training.
Lae'zel has never been to the astral plane before, she comes from an asteroid (Crèche K'liir/Stardock) near the moon (Selûne) of the world of Baldur's Gate (Toril) where githyankis are raised and trained before going to the astral plane

At this point it's great they react to it at all. I was disappointed to see zero reaction from anyone after first hearing Orin call Durge sibling. Same goes for Bhaal vision - you can confess to others on being Bhaalspawn only if the vision happens during long rest. Otherwise - live with it, no one cares.

Iirc, the Durge writer says that Astarion has the most interactions with you as Durge due to him relating to your predicament the most.
Minthara, a character you can only get on the evil route, also has a positive reaction to the transformation
