- Summer cooking essential! This is a silky smooth Cold Corn Soup that’s creamy, sweet and refreshing. Though it’s a soup intended to be served chilled or at room temperature, it’s even sensational served warm.
For the best results, use fresh corn on the cob when they’re at their prime. But if frozen corn is all you’ve got, you can use that instead!

This is a new soup to me, will definitely be making it shortly and going from how it appears it will become a favorite. Can imagine pimping it with chicken broth and chicken bits for winter...Thank you Nagi : )

I always scrape the Cobb with dull side of the knife to get the “corn milk” out 🌽
That looks delicious but I would have to recommend that you get the back of a knife or use a butter knife to scrape the cobs which have a very creamy corn milk connected to them still.
Wow, I did not know that, thanks for sharing that tip! I usually just grate the fresh ears to get the “milk”
