Hello, what did you major in for your bachelor ? I am majoring in special education and wanted to add ba as my minor. But I’m not sure if that’s possible or if it’s better to just do my masters on that.
Thanks for tipping the scales in my decision! I am a high school maths teacher, teaching A levels (British Curriculum). A Masters in Mathematics Education is going to give me the credentials to work literally anywhere in the world. Keep those classroom vibes high!
I'm about to get my BA in liberal studies and I think I have decided on doing my masters and credentials through nationals since I could do both at the same time due to classes overlapping! I was really debating on just doing my credentials then doing my masters but I just want to get it done ! When applying to a university I had gotten into CSUB lol I really debated going but I went another route Haha
Yay!! so excited for you! You're almost done! I thought about National University also! Just gett it done now and relax later lol thats what I have been telling myself!
Im getting my Associates in Early Childhood Education, then Im going to get my Bachelor's degree in Special Education, then Im going back to get my Masters degree in English literature. Im going to go to WGU to get my Bachelor's and Masters degree.
Hello @jessicagentry6379 do you think it was better to get associates in ECE ? I am currently getting my associates in multidisciplinar studies and planning to get my bachelor in special education, Still debating between adding ba as a minor or just do it in my masters
Hi! I’m currently doing the teacher credentialing program so this was so inspirational! You answered mostly everything. I just want to know the total cost for a masters through CalStateTeach. Thanks in advance and best of luck to you! 💕🍎💕
Yay I am so glad I could help! Each semester for my teaching credential was a little over, 4,000 for a semester. For my masters its almost 5,000 a semester. However I do qualify for grants which I used and I am going to a Cal State which is much cheaper than a private! :)
Yes so I am going into my third year of teaching and I am still trying to balance my life with fun and time with family. Going into this next school year I will be working even harder at it. I will be making a youtube video on that topic soon. !
@@leeseay1271 okay great! I recommend teaching or working as a teacher. This is an honest opinion but it’s hard to gain respect as a principal if you never taught. And usually you need some type of teaching or education experience in a school to be a good candidate. But then again, you totally could potentially find a job I just think there are better ways to approach it that will better prepare.
@@HighVibeTeaching Yes i know that to be principal we need at list 5 years of teaching experience to get Principal license but my Question is for applying in Master's of educational Leadership course do we need that 5 years of experience or not ?
Hi, Im from India, much love and appreciation to you ❤ I have a confusion, i will currently be completing my B.Ed ( bachelor's of education) and im planning on moving to usa . So the questions i have are, 1)Is it worth it to pursue Masters in Education? 2)And also if i come to usa on J1 visa to work as a teacher, can i parallely pursue m. Ed ?
I a year short of getting my bachelors degree and after I will getting my credentials for multiple subjects. I want to get my masters but I am not familiar with what other jobs are available in a school. What master degree programs do you recommend for people that want to continue to work in a school but also gives them opportunities outside of that field ? 🤔
When I was getting my MA, I was thinking of getting a job in the district if I ever wanted to, I would have the qualifications. I have also thought about being an instructional coach in the district so that is was my eye is on long term :) If you wanted to be admin, you need to get a certain degree for that. But it all depends on where you want to go in your education journey :)
Wow, smart and pretty.
I take two courses per semester. I am pursuing my master's degree in applied behavior analysis.
Good l luck! You Got it!
