You wanna use the cheat table by hexinton (it’s on vortex mods) and when you open it while your game is open (in offline mode) you will hit enable then click on its either give items or just items then you hit GIB items and then you can do individual items or all items in specific categories and for weapons you can do from max upgrade to no upgrade If I need to explain it better just let me know
