Unpopular opinion: The Pata shines much more when one handed on a charged heavy build with Cragblade on and a great shield in the other hand for the occasional guard counter. Those 1 handed charged heavies are as fast as most other weapons' R1s while dealing 30 stance damage with the reach of a straight sword.

Stop drinking the physick last. Most physick tears last for three minutes while FGMS lasts for thirty seconds, golden vow lasts for one minute, and the golden vow ash lasts for about thirty seconds if not less

Funfact: The Physic Flask lasts Significantly Longer than the other buffs so Drink that first

Its mind boggling how the game gives you all these awesome sick anime weapons and people still prefer to use the lame regular weapons lol. Like how do you really care that much about min/maxing every little thing instead of being an absolutely awesome god. (Yes I know ashes of war suck against bosses bc of timing and that’s so dumb but there’s ways around it lol)

Okay so for a fun but a little challenging run Beast Claws or Red Bear Claws. But for a rather terrible run Golem Fist, despite the patch notes the heavy attack is still bugged, has an even more poor range than Smithscript Daggers (before they got their recent range buff) and is stuck with the AoW endure. I’m not going to be as excited about these two/three runs as I was with Smithscript Daggers. But I wanted to suggest these weapons Edit: Golem Fists can have different AoWs but they can’t be ones that buff the weapon (Lightning Slash and Cragblade as examples) it’s also the only Smithscript weapon that is not effected by Arrow’s Reach. According to a comment on Fextra, Golem Fists don’t interact with charge attack talismans/tears as well as the Smith Tailisman which is…odd
