I agree but I do think that’s the best way to start. Start off fighting cans for a long time for long time get used to fighting in the ring on live combat & get your hard work in the gym with good guys when it don’t count. I understand why people hate on it i honestly do too, but man it’s a smart strategy I think.

Strickland shuts a lot of ppl down. It doesn't make them bad fighters. It's just a tough puzzle to figure out. It's a frustrating fight for most ppl when they face him especially after he got a little guidance from Poaton.
