    Old school tip for backing up a trailer irl. Put your hand on the bottom half of the steering wheel with your knuckles facing the center. Whichever way you're hands goes is the way that the trailer will go.

    10:25 what on earth is that power curve???? It gets restricted at the end and then at a certian point the restriction... dissapears?

    I think that there’s no meaning in bulding an engine with that power curve, it simply doesn’t have 4k hp

      Just like any vehicle your peak power is at a single point. It has 4k hp - you can see the numbers

      Yeah the trick I found when using nitro is to use standard geometry turbos, otherwise they spool so fast they disintegrate. The +14k hp v16 I made running nitro would consume 6 pounds of fuel per second 🤣

    I'd like to see a most powerful N/A series (much simpler, you'd just pick the lightest stuff, then pick the biggest stroke that still lets you get to 10k-12k rpm depending on what the valves and cams limit you to) as well as a "max torque while still intact" series, which would be similar to how you do these turbo builds, already, but no longer worrying about RPM or HP.

    Honestly to actually get a good powercurve and have good hp id recomend u learning how to read the compressor map. It will help you know if you can push your turbo with more boost or if its better to just make the Turbo bigger or smaller, etc etc etc. I literally got 3700hp and still had a very very very good powerband just by adjusting my turbo size and alot of tuning with the camshafts.

    If you’re only letting it rev up to 5500 rpm, you’re not hitting 4000 hp with that goofy power curve. 2000 hp is still crazy but it’s not 4000

    again, your pistons are way to heavy, making your crankshaft struggle at high revs ( forged heavy pistons) look at the weight, with lighter piston materials you can increase that stroke a little bit :). nevertheless much better torque curve this time around

    maybe try using the wastegate or boost control for turbo charger not smart boost because maybe the turbo gets lag with smart boost

    The reason for that goofy ass torque curve is the misuse of VVL. You're setting the VVL activation to occur right at the rev limit, which results in that spike in power. If you turn off VVL and just use the regular cam profile you will get a much better curve.
    Edit: Also, try using nitromethane. It's a bit trickier to setup but once you've got it all the power will be yours.

    In concept, I love your videos where you try to get the absolute most out of different engine types.
    In practice I'm rather disappointed by some of the execution. Having that type of power graph shows that the code is literally breaking, including the engine. On paper the peak power may be 4000 hp but in practice the engine literally tears itself apart within seconds at that power level.
    It feels lazy and dishonest. Watching you find ways to push the code to the limit to get sustainable and usable power outputs would both be more of a challenge and also significantly more enjoyable to watch, especially when the engine can be utilised.
    I would have very much enjoyed the video if you had lablelled it as 2500 hp or similar, since that's the power output it uses which also allows for better and more accurate comparisons.
    I'm looking forward to your future videos and hope you'll be able to improve your methods ^^
