Langga you mentioned that the Training sessions would take up to 2 to 3 months but to tell you honestly, i've been a call center newbie at Concentrix Bacolod and had been trained for only 3 weeks after which the unprecedented Engagement . I was a bit nervous and still on my adjustment period due to a very short stressful training schedule where in the mastery of using tools for systems use is not yet fully absorbed in my memory bank. The SME as well is not supportive at all because i called her attention asking for the usual assistance , well though she did help me reluctantly, she even told me to do a little initiative to do something i'm not getting use of yet. A Newbie engaging for the first time is a like a baptism of fire in an environment working on a graveyard shift. Really so stressful emotionally psychologically and physically . The next day i tender my irrevocable resignation paper informing my Team Leader i surrender. But then its been a truly wonderful experienced to remember. God Bless you Langga and keep the good work ahead.

I'm going 5 years na sa BPO with 3 different companies. Ang pinaka mahirap na experience ko is yung sa current company at account namin. Kami yung pioneer. Lahat ng mga support at leaders ay wala pang alam sa process. Ang nag training lang sa mga support at leaders namin is yung mismong client. Which is not enough. Nung kami na ang nagtraining mula sa mga newbie trainers namin is talagang parang nagbabasa lang sila. Wala kaming natututunan. Lahat nangangapa. Hanggang umabot kami sa production, aanga-anga kami. Ang hirap talaga. 2 months na kami ngayon sa production. We somehow survive and learned things and processes the hard way. Marami parin kaming hindi alam till now. Pero laban lang 😂

We're currently in a Work-at-home training basis. Nasa product specific na kami and kabado kami dahil mahirap iaccess ang mga tools since we cannot call for the IT right away dahil nga WAH. Also, mahirap kase may exams and mock call per end ng part ng training. Sana lang po makapasa ako sa dulo. Fighting. Thank you for the tips.

I'm currently having a training right now sa isang company sa Alabang for 3 weeks na. Napaka-hirap mag-training ng gabi kasi madalas akong antokin at makatulog sa floor halos wala akong maintindihan. Be confident sa lahat ng calls active listening is the key and offcourse learn to retain those knowledge para sa next coming calls mo confident ka na sa mga sinasabi mo 😉 walang madali sa una pero remember lahat ng bagay natututunan.

Heloo, Ang pinaka importante kasi is yung System Navigations...dapat marunong ka tlga sa mga tools at marunong ka or mabilis ka mag navigate. Kung di ka masyado marunong hindi ka tlga papasa za training, lagi ka naliligwak. Lahay ng BPO co. kasi they did not allow to open the sytem outside the training room so paano mo ma pa familirialized yung tools na gagamitin mo sa production if di ka maka navigate ng maayos

@@johnpolgacu alam mo Sir diyan ako hirap, lalo na im 42, hindi naman ako teki, maalam ako sa mga ms word, excel etc. pero sa mga new tools and widgets hindi tlga, minsan tlga ako nahuhuli pag may instructions na need mg navigate lalo na yung trainor namin parang laging nagmamadali

This video was popped up as I was scrolling and searching some tips from the call center agents in order to get some ideas of how was their experiences and able to passed their training. I really want to apply in a BPO but the fact that I’m having an anxiety in the interviews, and I am so much worried about constructing sentences when answering phone calls and also not that good in a computer system. I’m afraid that I can’t able to handle phone calls properly as I knew you often speak with a foreign clients. I don’t know what should I do but I really want to pursue applying in BPO.Thank you for sharing this video.”
