Thanks so much for this video - my partner and I got this game because we thought it would be a fun multiplayer experience, but I've been having a hard time getting the hang of it. Part of it I think is that I'm not really familiar with skateboarding and its terminology, so I really appreciate that you explained the mechanics of different tricks and why the game mechanics are the way they are.

This game isn't only a rerepresentation... but at 60 FPS and how deep they carried over everything while adding things like reverts etc... I liked your thoroughness man keep it up! I'm finding my biggest difficulty being knowing what "stage" the left analog is in... if your not steering, your directing tricks of all sorts and possibly bleeding over into spinning to a combo ending bail. When I used to play I used the shoulder buttons but I don't want to do that w/ this iteration. With how good the camera is (and options of different angles) I'm actually best on a Fightstick LOL... the right analog missing is so little compared to someone who plays fighters on stick due to its directional "clickiness" and swiftly re-neutralizing that I feel like it's cheating.... do you play Fighters? if so, w/ a stick? if you have an arcade stick, I suggest anyone try it... It's been done with DMCV "MAD" videos etc... and that's what this game is.... it really can surpass the inputs and combinations of any fighter I can think of per second. But you kind of need the camera in the Action Genre, this game... not so much... Fun fact for anyone who has a stick lying around.
