2006 Chevy Silverado HD 6.6 Duramax LBZ no start

  • 2006 Chevy Silverado HD 6.6 Duramax LBZ, Allison 6speed automatic with 4WD. Cranks, no start. Seems like it tries. Already tried re-priming the fuel system. I am at a loss as to what the issue is.

    Fuel filter housing is cracked!!!!!

    I'm having the same issues on my Duramax. I replaced the. Engine. Crank. Won't start.

    Why is the show curatii light coming on whenever you let off the key I believe once you have turned out to the run possession and it goes out it should stay out so I think your vehicle is not recognizing your key for some reason

      well, I was an idiot and pinched one of the wires for the crank sensor when I put the pully assembly back on for the radiator fan. fixed that and it fired right up!

      Where is the crank sensor. I think I'm having the same issue
