I like how they are having fun until the start the martial arts parts, than it gets serious, than they start having fun again doing cartwheels. Very disciplined….
From a former dance studio student point of view, that was absolutely fantastic! It looked like a really fun full-body workout, and the choreography was great!

I did Wado Ryu Karate for some time. After training, we went to the disco and integrated our karate moves into dancing. Don't worry-we took care that no one got hurt. It was so much fun.
