    The reason these demo kicks exist is the same reason the military throws and twirls rifles. Not to show off, but if you can't drop your gun, or in this case fall, while doing multiple spins in the air then you will never fall when do simpler and more practical kicks

So in a way, by practicing and rehearsing these performances, they're also hardening their reflexes, skilled, and maintaining a healthy body system for good athleticism. Just like every art it's an entertainment side for people to watch,it's more a demonstration for the eyes just like any other things, it shows how artistic can martial be.. and that doesn't mean it's simply of showiness .. everyone train so hard to get where they and so does they.. they really are strong.... Respect to you dear folks❤

  • @Time2paw
    @Time2paw 3 роки тому +1

    Люди забывают для чего нужны дощечки и как они помогают отрабатывать упражнение. Стремление разбить дощечку заставляет бить более быстро, что увеличивает вращательный момент, помогает выполнить удар чётко и не травмировать себя. Когда ты просто касаешся нескольких дощечек, теряется смысл самого упражнения, теряется ощущение что достиг цели и получаешь мнимое удовольствие-заменитель "и так сойдёт", а такие мысли весьма деструктивны для развития. В итоге боевое искусство превратилось в танцы для приезжих.
