@@nitro74cs Thank you for the message! Yes, I agree, the oil seals are very strange. Normally they would face the other way around, but both the Motobécane and Raleigh Wisp service manuals say they are fitted the way in the video. I don't know the reason and at this stage I don't know if anyone does for sure any more, but that's the way they're supposed to be. Quite odd. 🤔

I noticed some gouging in the head flats. I suggest decking it on 800-1200 grit sandpaper.
