I tried the black editition rtd (chocolate), and I found it awful.
I was looking for something with better ingredients than yfood/Lidl's Tasty and less sugars.
It ticks off the less sugar part, but I really struggled to get it down. Maybe it's the stevia, but to me it's got a sickly taste to it.
Maybe I should give the regular Huel rtd a go, since it also has oats, but the macro distribution is worse, if trying to get more protein.
Or maybe the powder... I think black edition powder also has brown rice, wheras the rtd doesn't.
But, if it's the stevia that causes me to find it unpalatable, then I guess Huel might be off the table.

Thanks for the vid. So pre the rtd what was your regular diet if you dont mind me asking? How many shakes and which one? Thinking of doing the essential huel x 6 per day for a month, about the 90kg mark and lift weights.
I was on the white huel powder. I would say around 2 shakes a day, depending on how I felt. Sometimes 3. I went through a phase of having it with milk too which had me gaining weight.
It was quite a while ago I had the powder now.
My diet today usually goes something like this: Oats, kefir, berries, cinnamon, chia seeds and peanut butter for breakfast.
A meat and carb for lunch, such as minced meat, salad, cous cous and an egg.
Ready to Drink Huel at work & maybe a snack.
dinner at home, usually some sort of meat and carb again.
I ordered one ready made vanilla Huel to bring the price up to get free shipping, and I found it tasted so bad that I couldn’t even drink it. I gave it to my boyfriend who also drinks the powder, and he couldn’t drink it, either. They taste NOTHING like the powder drinks. They’re similar to Pepto Bismol, but way worse, in my opinion. I’ll stick to the yummy Huel Black powder.

Huel is ok, vanilla is terrible tho. Honestly it is better than yfood just due to less sugar content.
Yea I agree, I find vanilla one of the least palatable flavours personally.

Not sharing on social media platforms and your UA-cam channel is a lot of trouble
As a result views, likes, comments and subscribers are not increasing.

Steven Bartlett put me off buying Huel because of how disingenuous he is in that advert.....
Well I will just say, I have been drinking Huel since before I even knew who steven was. Never actaully looked at his opinion on it, but I do know he is an investor. But since drinking Huel since 2017 I have quite a bit of trust in their products. Especially after using it while flaring with my inflammatory bowel disease. It is a good supplement to healthy diet.
