Coconut milk ice cream!!! It looks very sweet and creamy. And the pure white color is so beautiful +.+ Once you blended frozen one they turned out super smooth! Awesome tip 😁👍 Thanks for sharing, Nin!!
Hi Nin, the coconut milk ice cream is fantastically fabulous! It is so yummy on a hot day. Kept gg back to the fridge to dig for more. Can’t stop eating.
Very well done Nin! You nailed it - I couldn’t wait to try this only 4 ingredients recipe as you made it so easy to make. It’s so perfect for this summer specially to those whole are coconut lovers like me.
Amazing... Now curious about a sugar substitute ... like Monk fruit Sugar? What do you think? I know sugar adds stability & maybe some ingredients can't be substituted?
thanks so much for this! I’ve been meaning to make coconut ice cream this whole summer and I still haven’t done it! do you think I could use coconut cream instead of milk?
I wonder if there is also a recipe for coconut milk cookies. During our christmas period we bake cookies at home. There are 10 to 20 varieties in each family. Some even have more. In my mother's handwritten cookbook there is a recipe named Cocos Macron. They are made with egg white foam, sugar, and rough grated coconut (fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rochers_au_coco_(p%C3%A2tisserie)). Is quite fine. However, the fine texture of the coconut milk has the potential to make something even better. Any idea?
I've never seen any Thai cookies. the only ones I've seen are from foreign recipes. what I've seen about Thai desserts with coconut milk from grandma and local market: mostly like coconut milk ice cream, pan-fry flour stuffed with grated soft coconut meat (kanom babin), and boiled flour balls stuffed with shredded hard coconut meat (kanom tom). Would be lovely to see photos of your recipe! (@niniscooking on Instagram) 😊✨
I made coconut milk once using dessicated coconut and blending it with water, then sieving it. it came out great! But much more work than just buying it in a can.
@@bunny-nn1oo Oh, really 😲 Can you try again, >> combined first then bring it to boil on low heat (make sure you use the *cornflour or cornstarch*) >> let it cook slowly and keep stirring for 3 mins until the sugar dissolved (Don't use high heat, that can make the cornstarch turns into a pudding and you have to *keep stirring* to avoid it becomes little chunks. This is the tricky part, be patient) Hope this can help, give me an update! and sorry for the late answer

Yummy
yesss!
how to make coconut milk ?
I've never make a coconut milk by myself 🤣
You can just buy coconut milk from the store or blend coconut and water in a 1:3 proportion and strain it
I made coconut milk once using dessicated coconut and blending it with water, then sieving it. it came out great! But much more work than just buying it in a can.
So should we boil it or not? In the video it's still watery which wouldn't be possible if she boiled it...
You have to mixed everything first before boil it. I think I'm explaining everything already in the video 😊
@@NinisCooking yes I mixed it. When I boiled it, it became like custard/pudding...not like in the video

2 days making ice cream for a hot day
If I did this in an ice cream maker, don't you think it would be creamy? The machine mixes as it freezes.
