  • Today I am presenting with you a very healthy and nutritious dish i.e. Moong Dal Khichadi. It is full of benefits in terms of health and recovery. That is why when someone is sick here in India, Doctor advises one to have it. People use to have it for the sake of advice but not like because of the bland taste. I have made it in such a way that it can beat any fast food. I insist you have it once with the recipe. I am sure you will like it. So let's get started.

    Ingredients:
    100 grams of yellow lentils(Moong Ki dal), 50 grams of rice, 1 medium-sized onion, 2 medium-sized tomatoes, 4-5 green chilies, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, a few coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2-3 teaspoon of clarified butter(Desi Ghee), 1 teaspoon of turmeric, red chili powder as per taste, 1/2 tablespoon of Sambhar Masala, a few curry leaves.

    Banaspati oil toh transfat hota hai...body me LDL cholesterol ko badhata hai or us se BP / Sugar /Heart attack hota hai....
    Kripiya banaspati oil use naa kare or logo ko vi naa sikhaye 🙏🙏
