So it's a new build with a genuine engine and built the same way as the original, i presume? I'm all in favour of these as it gives us the chance to see something that we'd probably never see otherwise. Just as long as the important things like the engine are the real thing
I still have doubts about the engine; I could be wrong. I don't know if these cars also have original engines. I don't know if, in the 70s, they built excess engines for models like this. I tend to think that it was built exactly like the original. However, I have no information about it. I agree with you that these cars, even if replicas, are an absolute pleasure for all enthusiasts who can see and hear vehicles that nowadays would be unthinkable to see on the road and the track, given their cost and the level of collecting that has become very high. On the other hand, however, I think that in races and these events, there should be two distinct classifications, that is, the "replica" or "recreation" cars should have a different score coefficient because, in fact, in the same class, pushing a replica to the max in a race is not the same as pushing an original car to the max, precisely because of the different costs and values that we know.
These "replica" or "recreation" cars are very well built and cost a lot. They are not as expensive as the original, but we are still discussing considerable money. I think he wanted the pleasure of driving a challenging, real racing car, and he chose a car like this 😉
I could be your best neighbour ever if I had you next door. I would probably stand in front of your property daily while you turn on it, warm up the engine, and leave the house. 😅😂👍

Thank you, Happy New 2025! 😉🖐
Great video! The 512, 312 P, and the 312 PB have to be my three favorite Ferraris of all time.

Und ich liebe Autos!!!🥰👋👌
Das sind die besten 😉👍
My biggest complaint about Ferrari is that you never see the five spoke dish, copper colored wheels. Those are classic Ferrari.
You're right, I can't disagree with you.
Thenowner fearlessly uses it to compete at the Tour Auto!
Yes, I have seen videos. It must be like this: these cars must be used; otherwise, there is no great point in having them 😉

Yes, basically. Replicas and recreations had to be of the exact same specs as the original cars for them to be eligible to race in historic racing.

let me guess, the owner bought it for pennies and wats a gazillion dollar for it

Yes.
Yes, I'd daily drive one of these with a little more ground clearance and at least a larger window that can be opened, no air-con needed. 🦾🗿

@Italiansupercarvideo 10/10 would "Buongiorno, ISC!" 👋🏻😁 "Set up the camera and let's film some onboard videos on the road and at the track!" 😎👍🏻
@@Roddy_Zeh For these cars, my camera is always ready 😉👍
