Thank you for sharing the lovely story about your visit to your Nanna
Lovely to see/hear you again! You are too kind to us ❤
Awww, thanks for watching!
I'm looking forward to any new books you self-publish, the Industrial Magic Novellas were so good.
Oh, thank you! I was so fond of those and was gutted when they didn't find a big enough audience for the publisher. I will finish that series one day, self-published!
@@EmmaNewmanAuthor That would be really awesome. The Planetfall series is also another that could have more sequels.
@@leticiatoraci9855 Oh I am definitely not done with that universe yet!
Always fun to look at the books on the shelves. Currently re-reading Carriger's Parasol Protectorate books. And Julia Cameron's Artist Way.
I love Gail's books so much, and the Artist's Way holds a very special place in my heart.
Baileys is sneaky like that, and it goes down so smoooothly.
'Like ruddy milk!' as my late grandfather would have said!
I would like to see a video about your self-publishing journey.
It is on the list :)
Best of luck with the utopia book. Not a project to be taken on lightly! Thinking about the transition from now to then, the material in the Care Manifesto by the Care Collective might provide food for thought - if you haven't come across it already.
Thanks for the recommendation, I'll give that a look!
As a side note for Sharpe Paul McGann was cast as Sharpe but was injured playing football with the extras, Sean Bean was hurriedly put into the role. Apparently that's why the uniforms don't fit him particularly well in the first couple of episodes.
Oh my goodness, I didn't know that! Blimey, I would be so upset if I lost a role because I decided to play football!
