Terrific workout it had everything - strength, balance, cardio (just made the last in & out squat jumps🥵) & wonderful stretches to which I added a few of my own😊👍🙏 thank you Jacinta only one day to go😊 Also increased weights when I could 1kg, 1.5kg & 2kg for the sumo squats ❤ but not for arm raises!
