      @wellroundedmama - Yes love weights with Pilates - very wobbly on the one leg balancing leaning forward but overall a great class for building strength and stamina😊👍💪🥵

    Short workout doesn’t mean easy workout. Had to restart so many times with the balancing. Need to work on that. 😅 Thank you, Jacinta!

    Terrific workout it had everything - strength, balance, cardio (just made the last in & out squat jumps🥵) & wonderful stretches to which I added a few of my own😊👍🙏 thank you Jacinta only one day to go😊 Also increased weights when I could 1kg, 1.5kg & 2kg for the sumo squats ❤ but not for arm raises!

    I definitely achieved all the objectives in this class, including hitting my head with my 2kg dumbbell 🤕😵‍💫! I really need to work on my legs they feel quite weak 🤔. Thank you Jacinta a super all round class.
