  • Hey, its my third video, about being authentic, and how that has helped me... Listening to your really truth, to honour yourself and only take part in activities that really help YOU. This might change from day to day, but if you take time to check in with yourself, one day you might feel like doing X but another day, not. That is ok! Just be true to yourself, and be kind and allow the true you to come through...
This might allow a lot of feelings to surface, and is the beginning of showing your self LOVE. At the end of the day, this is what we all deserve. Sure, its great when there are loved ones around us, but we also need to be able to love ourselves, and that involves really doing things that suit us. Allow yourself to stay at home on a Saturday night if you are tired, there are always other nights!
Authenticity is not doing things that other people think you should do, but listening to your intuition... that is your soul or true self talking to you! ...
Wishing you well, and much love on your journey, namaste x

I'm watching all of your videos in order! Thank you for being such a beautiful reflection of my story sister! I've been loving my natural lifestyle... for years I stayed in denial about my mental illness and self medicated with marijuana because I didn't want to go on medication. Just came out of my worst low recently. Lost my loving partner to my mania and rage. Absolutely devastating. And he lovingly suggested I look into getting help... haven't been diagnosed yet but with my online research I feel it is bipolar.
Just wanted to say thank you so much for the hope in your videos! I do feel if I stick to a strict routine of regular sleep, organic food, yoga, exercise, and recommended herbs for bipolar I will be able to find stabilization. I don't want to lose my creativity! I don't want to gain weight! I didn't know there were other options out there until I saw your videos. I relate with your story so much. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Caroline! Thank you so much for talking about bipolar disorder and trying to raise awareness. I'm always looking for new videos as they come out on the topic because my entire channel is dedicated to it and I'm always trying to learn as much as I can. I hope you had a good weekend! Feel free to head over to my channel and take a look when you get the chance. I really like what you said about authenticity and that is so important :-)
