Forget the “bye bye Lm317”. Without a feedback system the output voltage will not have any stability, it will only be useful to control loads that do not need a stabilized voltage.
@@vkproduction1166 About mosfet. LM317 have good feedback voltage stabilization and overload, overtemperature protection. There are not in circuit with mosfet.

I am using 10k normal potentiometer and LM317T and 1K fixed resistance. All connections is perfect. When check in multimeter then it shows the DC voltage variation according to input supply voltage 12v. Everything all right. But when I connect a load like LED strip or motor then the maximum output voltage give 3V, not increase to 12v but disconnect the load then it again working fine. Try different wiring but same result. I'm confused what is happening? *Please give me solution*
Next time when video is loaded output voltage should be shown along with the load in parallel to display drop in voltage and current should be mentioned.

Are you saying this line for LM 317 or the MOSFET

If you use a LM317, it’s more efficient. If you use a MOSFET however, it will most likely heat up or even burn.

Use more than one 317t in parallel for heavy load 1 ic for 1 amp

voltage is just for show off in multimeter only, doesn't even take load of 8 to 10 watt.... MOSFET heating too much like fire....
