- Every case is not decided with a motion to suppress or a trial in criminal courts. While the civil attorneys often fight for less than honorable reasons
(because the bill by the minute), criminal defense attorneys often get lazy and fail to file motions, or do work behind the scenes to advance their clients case. It sure is easier to plea bargain a man or woman to probation or incarceration. Most cases can have movement in a positive manner for the defendant, if the client's defense call makes the case more manageable by "trimming the tree ." A criminal defendant can see positive results through defense counsel's hard work and some luck. Do not discount luck. This case went from life felony to dismissal because of knowledge and experience of yours truly and a lot of luck. The luck that the alleged victims in the case were not active participants in the prosecution of the case. Their lack of effort and/or interest went a far way. I as a defense attorney am aware. I have had cases that were ridiculously simple that turned into complex issues because victims made lots of noise. Additionally, when the press gets involved thats a whole different level of bs that a defense attorney and client needs to surf.
For those facing charges, for those that are guilty and those that are innocent and everyone in between there is hope. The criminal justice system can be managed, picked at, tweaked, assisted to acquire a good result. Sometimes you have a great result. Each case is different, no facts are the same, no judges, jurisdictions, prosecutors are the same. Hell, defense attorneys have good and bad days. Hopefully this video gives you some hope.

Why no bond on life? Wouldn't that have to actually be a statement of harm from a victim? And at that, there is no murder. So, that no bond for neither, and that whole life with no testimony, at the court, seems odd. Now was that a land court or the equity ? Do they to that under a military, a foreign ? Is state, foreign to district, or same people as distdict, considering a municipal, which is ...civil, and under, state or district, or foreign, to them ? I'm trying to comprehend, who works for whom and how juristiction is worked out here. What about the commonwealth ? Commonweath is where? Township is municipal ? County is the land? The court is a judicial, district, or admin. From the District territory ? This whole commercial to Supreme law of land and every Judge bound thereby is of a curious nature to me, for unscrambling. Is America, really still King Georges from the Paris Peace, Treaty? I ask due to Trump saying America great again. Yet i read that, thinking how strange it all seemed. I saw it on a few repeats, not quite comprehending such.
Had a wonderful experience learning from you regarding this video presentation had a similar situation sister had attacked me with a weapon a metal mop while defending myself from her attack on me after she invited me into her home provided me food, gas card some issues arose by her when she attempted to feed me some spoiled food before agreeing to take me to the store she became angry exploded in a fit of rage began attacking me with a weapon in my retreat, and my attempts to diffuse defend from her attack I grabbed her arm she held the metal mop weapon she waa attacking me with she was being aggressor in her assault on me I stopped her assault grabbed ahold of her shirt pushed her against wall held onto her to prevent her from attacking and assaulting me further she was diffused calmed down we hugged she apologized and then because she is on drugs decides she isnt gonna take me to store and leaves calling police alleged leaving out she was aggressor in the assualt tells cops responding to her attempt to cover her behind nothing about her actions her aggressive assault with mop on me leaves that information outta the report says oh yeah my brother choked me which is hogwash I defended myself only at which point she calmed down gave up her assault on me I reased her my actions were to diffuse her attack on me defensive in nature only yet she lies to police says I choked her for no apparent reason we know already that isn't true. What did she do to me is the question because I'm not one to beat women or choke a woman thats my sister I love my sister despite our differences and false police report grabbed her to stop her from hitting me yes choke no false hold her arm and her against wall vebally telling her stop calm down we don't need to be fighting was only defending myself from her aggressive attack now I'm charged with burglary abduction serious charges for what she has motive to lie about her assault on me. Sister never was hit smacked nothing just stopped defensively now two years later two appointed attornies who withdrew no counsel yet has even met discovery requests I got a new appointed attorney case still no discovery but defense counsel made me sign away my fast speedy trial rights thats more important than my discovery requests just saying help Im getting railroaded in Ohio

So you basiocally finished the job that the police wwre supposed to do such as verify that your client lived in the house that they accusdd him of B&E and burglering. They failed to take basic investigative steps before resorting to shows of authority. Quelle surprise. VITor? LOL.
