Mr. Foley, I want to start out by thanking you for this video, as well as all of your other videos you've shared. Your videos are full of great information, helping us learn about the how the system really works and how to defend our constitutional rights. You would be the exact attorney I would want to hire to represent me because it's clear you definitely care about your clients. I wish with the case I have going on, I could afford your services, but sadly I can't. One thing I'll say, in my case, as is probably the same for several others cases, the police violate peoples rights everyday. Just like they did mine.. harassing me at a gas station for no reason because i didn't jump out of my car fast enough.. then proceeding to follow me to pull me over and say that I failed to yield when I absolutely didn't fail to yield. The police always want to get into people's cars.. this case cost me $900 to get my car out of the impound. It cost me $800 to uhaul because the police had the uhaul keys. It's sad, but the police can literally ruin your life, like they are trying to do to me. It sucks that people have to lose so much when police violated their rights and then prosecute them.
Im sure ill be ok. No matter what, im not going to quit fighting..

    Roger,
I feel your frustration. I am a public defender attorney in Arkansas and I left private practice to do this work because I wanted to help people. But I got to say… it does drive me crazy when I work very hard to get great outcomes for clients and they either don’t appreciate it at all, or worse, that they within a year, they mess it up by picking up new charges or violating the terms of their probation.

First, I'd like to thank you for helping when you didn't have to. Secondly, I'd like to ask a question that you'd likely know the answer too. In a case when there is no other evidence aside from witnesses...isn't witness credibility of the victim also something the court and prosecutor should take into consideration?
Thank you so much for these videos. They've helped me, help my loved one tremendously.

Without the personal why you want to quit nothing will change. It’s sad to say but the person has to want to change more than they want to get high/drunk/etc.

@@willnot5456 I can speak from personal experience, that quitting drugs isn't so easy. Especially depending on the drug of choice. I realize society looks down on those who are drug addicts. What people dont get, esoecially those who look at drug users as scumbags, those who use drugs tend to have some kind of chemical imbalance that compensates for what's missing. For example, Im bi-polar, and when I used meth, it would make me be normal and without it, I would be off, not focused, and sometimes depressed. So here Im doing something because it makes me feel normal and they the system wants to put us away and lock us up for years. Doesnt seem right. If you think about it, statistically, about 70% of those in prisons and jails are in jail for one offense more than any of the others... drugs.
Now you would think that the system would want to rehabilitate those who use drugs, so they can live fulfilling lives, but that's not what the state does. The state uses what they call drug rehab, but most aren't solving the root of the problem.. which is why do we do drugs in the first place. The state, the courts, the system... to me they are one in the same. They don't want me cured. They want me to continue going in and out of jail and prison because it's more profitable. Don't belive me? Look up how many jails we had years ago before half and prisons became private. Once that happened you'll see that there's a dramatic increase in arrests and in overall jails and prison populations exploding. So remembet this.. the court system wants you to come back. They want you to think they are delivering justice, but the police no longer patrol and protect. They police for profit.
