Thanks for the video, I noticed mountune have some of these and never bothered, but after cleaning my arches out I have noticed mine are rotten like yours lol, so going to give them a go, hopefully there isn't extra vibration and doesn't raise the car too much
Just had an mot and they noticed mine was rotting. Nearly 150 they quoted for the job. Thanks for this video me and my brother will give it a go Sunday.
Great little tutorial that mate! Mine had a lot of squeaky noises coming from the rear when going over speed bumps, looked at my bushes and they’re pretty much none existent now too. Will fit them this weekend and hopefully solves the problem
As well as the squeaking was you also getting creaks when stepping in and out of the car I'm struggling to pin point my problem as my isolators look almost new still
Did you just go out & buy the Powerflex bushes ? The bushes in ours was like yours, I wanted to fit some powerflex bushes to our fiesta and the shop [demon tweeks] recommended fitting such bushes if I only race or rally the car, if just for road use/everyday driving, then refit the standard ford anti-squeal bushes because the nylon bushes will stress out - send bad vibrations into the chassis and eventually wear out other bushes, so if the suspension bush is changed, then the damper bushes and trailing arm bushes should be changed as well! Guy on the phone also said to go over ramps slower and try to miss potholes, eventually I thought 'fuck that idea' of replacing all the bushes....So refitted the standard bushes.
Hi there! Just a quick question, it seems the mechanic that installed these on my car only put one of isolators with the pin in the hole. Do they bouth have a tip on them, and are there other holes? Should i take time and refit, or would it be fine?
Are these easy to do? I’m debating weather to do mine this weekend I think the garage put standard rear springs on my fiesta and it sits higher than normal I’ve been told there’s 2 types of springs ones with standard suspension and ones for sport suspension so I’ve took the gamble and ordered ones with sport springs 🤣
@@CarsCouk Helps make suspension work how it should when the joints can move properly Worth mentioning in your vids as people that copy maybe dumbasses

nice mod that, I did not know the bushes on the back suspension where made of bloody crap rubber.
Nice install, seems pretty straight forward...I'm gonna have to get me a set of these now, thanks for the video
Cheers mate! I do believe you can pick them up pretty cheap from different places
Before you replaced them, were you getting a knocking noise from the back of the car at all?
Excellent video - I followed the instructions and replaced the isolators on a MK6 Fiesta with no problem
David Heppenstall thanks David, happy to help
Thanks for the video mate, watched it several times, bought parts and jacked car up. Took approx 24 mins to complete.
Andy Cooper more than happy to help fella :)
Cheers for this, just did mine following your video and had almost nothing left of the bushes 😂

haha, yeah mate i just went out and bought those ones, they're not the race version (black) so they're not that hardcore really!

Yes mate, super easy! There’s fiesta and fiesta ST springs. ST being lower than a standard fiesta :)
Cool video. What symptoms were you experiencing to make you change?
Few creaks maybe, nothing major. It’s mainly because I saw how bad they were whilst I was under the car so I changed them!
That's crazy how bad the stock ones are. How many miles/kms are on your car?
Around 30k miles buddy :)
Good video cheers mate but..... Check torque settings and do them up properly bro not a rattler for tightening
Paul Reason don’t worry mate, they’re all torqued up, for my wrench out after the fact and checked them. Thanks for the concern!

Daryl rabara-brokate yes buddy I did!
What is the torque setting to tighten the bolt back up?

Do they increase ride height?
They will ever so slightly as they replace the old deteriorated ones
