TOTALLY BIASED 👎🏻 Both are cars are amazing but as you've downgraded Ecosport so here are some points 👇🏻 1- Ecosport has the best in segment AC which chills the cabin in no time hence it does not need a rear AC vent. 2- I've experienced the sound quality of both the cars and finding out a better one is next to impossible because both has an excellent sound quality. 3- Three person at the rear seat are definitely comfortable in Ecosport there is no issue. 4- Your milage point was false af, you can easily get an average of 15-18 in city and 20-23 at highways. 5- The clutch issue is totally sorted now. 6- The performance and handling is just mind blowing of Ecosport. So please stop defaming a car which is worth buying and has a great after buying experience regarding service and maintenance.
Tata is just killing in every segment with its products. Harrier is my personal favorite. Just imagining tata after 2-3 with improved service station and it will take more market share than maruti forsure

Nahi yaar, EcoSport jyada acchi hai than Nexon in these points. Ride and handling. Steering response. Infotainment system. Ac compressor. Fit and finish. Build quality. Touch and feel of material. Hd reverse camera. Ambient light. 5 alloy wheels. Adjustable boot floor. Better MID. Slick gearbox.

This video is just too biased. I love the new Nexon with its mature front and interiors, but I hate when a car reviewer starts giving one sided reviews like a political journalist. 1. When Ecosport facelift had more features than Nexon. When stuff like automatic headlamps, cruise control, auto wipers, a good screen was absent, then Nexon was "value for money". Now that Nexon facelift has more features and has got expensive, then ecosport seems lacking in features. For instance full spec diesel manual Nexon is 12.2 lacs vs for Ecosport it is 11.67 lacs 2. The narrator totally skips on the automatic pricing. Almost similar price for Fully loaded Ecosport titanium plus AT vs full spec Nexon 'AMT'. 3. AMT sucks. No details needed on that point. A car with almost 13-14 lacs on road price with an AMT makes no sense. 3. Driving dynamics of Ecosport are well known among enthusiasts. Nexon's setup is not bad but one would choose ES anyday for its handling. Lastly every car has a facelift cycle. Saying Ecosport didn't make any changes since beginning is bullshit. The front grill and especially the interiors were massively updated in 2017-18 facelift. You really need to stop the Tata fan base pandering and start giving more neutral reviews.

Before for Tata fans it used to be “unnecessary “ additions. “Sunroof kisse chahiye” and all that BS. and you now guys celebrate all those additions. You want me to criticise Ecosport. Ecosport petrol starts from 8 lakhs and nexon petrol starts from 7 lakhs, but EcoSport base model offers way more features than nexon, for eg- all four power windows, central locking, music system, adjustable headrests even at the back which is present in nexon's top model only and there are many other features as well. For comparison nexon xm (7.7 lakhs) should be compared to ecosport ambiente. And talking about diesel, EcoSport starts from 8.5 lakhs and nexon starts from 8.4 lakhs, so EcoSport is much more value for money than nexon in comparison, i have both the cars in my family and i love both of them, but EcoSport is just in another league when its comes to driving, nexon is great too but EcoSport is better hands down

Motoroctane is advertising Tata nexon over ecosport ,, i am watching from more than 1 yrs, everytime without knowing (or knowingly) facts n figures ,,one always advertise Tata nexon over ecosport. After sale service , product quality bla bla,,lot to say but don't want.
Amit Singh I second that. Motoroctane has been advertising all the Tata products whether it is Tiago or Altroz or Nexon. Having said that, these are great cars in their segments. But, the downsides of Tata products like poor after sales service and resale value have not been portrayed.

Ecosport wins hands down anyday, Nexon is better than last model but still not in league of Ecosport. Ecosport is sheer driving pleasure and reliable for years.
Both car produces same power but nexon have turbo and ecosport misses out. Do you know after passing the turbo lag you feel the power of turbochargers in nexon.The car pulls so hard and it is very enjoying .Just drive Nexon once and you feel the difference.

No Nexon is more comfortable and it's ride is supremely comfortable than ecosport as Tata is best in suspension management. Steering give more feel and feedback than ecosport.

Almost all motoroctane reviews are based on sponsor's interest or specific interests. One's(ecosport) cosmetic change seems nothing as per this review while for other's(nexon) slight cosmetic upgrade gives you more pleasure in terms of look! Additionally, few demerits for ecosport exaggerates and on the other hand many important downside of nexon were not covered......
Both are good vehicles. Nexon is better in terms of practicality, features and price. 1) 3 people can't sit comfortably in Ecosport 2nd row. Nexon has wider 2nd row and comfortable for 3 people with rear A/C vent as bonus. 2) Sideways opening tailgate of Ecosoprt is an issue in parking. 3) Nexon is value for money as it has more features and lower price. 4) Ecoport has a 6 air bags in top end, But Nexon comes with 5 star rating in Global NCAP. 5) Ecosprt has better touch screen and reverse camera. But Nexon has more advantages like best in class music system and safety features like ESP, TCS as standard. 6) Nexon turbo petrol (minor turbo lag is there) has more mileage than Ecosport 1.5 petrol.

I agree that Nexon is good. BUT the review IS biased... 1. You told people that 1.2 Turbo gives more mileage, but why didn't you tell that Turbo cars need to be carefully maintained as compared to a naturally aspirated engine on that of FORD? 2. The after-sales service quality of Ford is much superior to Tata. 3. Service cost of Ford is one of the cheapest in India 4. The performance, braking, and handling of Ford is a notch higher than Nexon, Nexon does give better comfort though 6. The fast cool option that you showed in Nexon is also available with Ford. In fact, why didn't you tell that Ecosport AC is the best in the segment even though there are no rear ACs? Cc wise too Ecosport has a bigger AC. and some minute points like these may make your channel valuable. I agree that you want to earn, but earlier your reviews used to be more user-centric and now they slowly seem to be focused either on a brand or to a car. I am sorry, I have no problems with your channel but I am actually following you because of genuine reviews you had before in detail, which has been decreasing in recent times...
The problem with ford is yes their AC's are good at first but after sometime you'll have to change the compressor and you cant use ford for more than 5 years and I'm not sure if nexon will last that long though and not to mention after another facelift finally arrives the cost of parts will skyrocket for the previous models.

Drove both the cars EcoSport and Nexon. I loved EcoSport! Performance of EcoSport is much better than Nexon. It's really fun to drive. Once a Ford, always a Ford. It gives family wali feeling.
Small small failures like power windows malfunction, abs light blinking , central locking failure , squeeking noices and many more occur continously in tata nexon and ford ecosport has no such problems in 7 years
That issue are no where in tata atleast in cars sold and manufactured in 2019-2020 no cars has a single issue. Ya 1 thing which i know is tata updates cars every 6 month but some dealer are selling outdated models in stock which cause issues

Voice commands are irritated after sometime as it is very slow and work 2 time out of 5 efforts. Yes ,Nexon is now become gadget machine and following venue but ecosports has its own path. I have 2010 Tata Manza car Aura ABS Qudrajet Diesel1248 cc fiat engine. 112000 KM running till date but engine is very refined & smooth without any repairs. 16 - 18 km mileage in city & 18 - 22 km milage on highway.Very good seden with spacious & long leg room. If I replace car then I will by definitely buy Nexon.
Best review,,,, I always see your videos, Indian brand always strong and low maintenance with long life, and can modify as different look at low cost, so I always prefer to buy an Indian brand.

EcoSport is not a disappointing vehicle. Latest version of EcoSport titanium+ comes with a good package compared to nexon top model and sports version is really attractive. EcoSport has segment best features like Steering feedback, turning radius, 6air bags, tyre pressure monitor..etc. Only disadvantage in EcoSport is rear space. If you are looking for a diesel car, try both nexon and EcoSport. If you are looking for petrol Car, go with nexon.
Diesel Ecosport gets a hard clutch in a years time. Also Nexon also has good Steering feedback and TPMS also exists on the facelift model + connected car tech. Better rear space and 5 star in crash test results
@@motoroctane Ecosport (D) top end is less expensive that Nexon (D) single tone top end in my city. We own a Tata Nexon pre-facelift one and its clutch although light has a higher biting point and the actuating mechanism is little springy and not that smooth. It takes a few kilometres to get used to that clutch if driving Nexon after a long time. Other than that Nexon is a very good CSUV.
Have been using ecosport for 2.5 yrs..clutch is ok.. have driven Nexon for a few 100 kms.. clutch is is springy and a bit awkward.. Ecosport is older than the Nexon but still it is exceptional in its drivebility, handling and reliability.. have driven 70000 kms and trust me it's very reliable.. I don't know if u can say the same for Nexon..

Tata Nexon XZ Plus Diesel (S) and Ford EcoSport Titanium+ MT Sports Diesel(top end ford) both will cost the same . Nixon is missing a lot at at this category 6 Airbags (Driver, Passenger, 2 Curtain, Driver Side, Front Passenger Side) Leather seats Tilt & Telescopic both Steering Adjustment and best keyless entry which comes really handy when your hands are busy with bags or kids :) Nixon is a great car and TATA's best product till today it has all the bells and whistles which you need in a small car but Ecosport still has the punch and aggressive mini suv look . So both cars are good .

as i own ford ecosport for last 1 year and drove around 35k i can say that you will more enjoy ecosport BUT both cars are excellent, just take test drive of each car and select. Don't fall for this feature or other feature , choose a car which you love while handling and other things will automatically will sought out and do check the service quality of your area of each company as every city has different quality of service offered, i am from delhi and over here both are good so choose that car which you like while driving don't run for this feature or other features because those will worthless when you don't like your car.

I am highly confused between TATA Nexon petrol AMT vs Maruti Suzuki vitara brezza petrol automatic. Which is good for long term relaibity and good driving experience.
Both cars are nice and efficient in their own way but in my opinion for multipurpose nexon is very good.. I have ecosport but Im thinking of buying nexon now... So nexon is very very nice in my opinion.

Why do you focus on features only? You hardly talked about engine specifics, drivability, driver confidence, stability, etc. I feel throughout the video you were biased towards Tata Nexon. Not a good review.
This channel does paid promotion for Tata, that's why. When it comes to engine refinement, handling and drivability, Nexon is nowhere close to Ecosport.

Why don’t you mention the ac compressor capacity of the Ford ecosport which is almost double compared to the similar car in segment (I’m not recalling actual number though) that why it doesn’t need rear ac vents which are useless though and just a gimmic
Nexon, no doubt , is good car, but after sales service is pathetic.. in Bangalore specially... So I went with ecosport. And I am happy with my decision.
I had tata indica v2 driven 120000 for eight years next tata manza club class. What a car it is driven 115000 km in seven years still running...next harrier or hexa...waiting for🎉🎈✨♥♥
What a biased review, congratulations....The price of BS 6 Nexon is almost at par with top model Eco sport. Also very smartly it is stated that eco sport is missing on features but later on added that it is coming with connected features. Also ommited that Nexon still has fit and finish issues. Again skipped the faCt that Nexon is basically more expensive to maintain...nicely done....

This video is just too biased. I love the new Nexon with its mature front and interiors, but I hate when a car reviewer starts giving one sided reviews like a political journalist.
1. When Ecosport facelift had more features than Nexon. When stuff like automatic headlamps, cruise control, auto wipers, a good screen was absent, then Nexon was "value for money".
Now that Nexon facelift has more features and has got expensive, then ecosport seems lacking in features.
For instance full spec diesel manual Nexon is 12.2 lacs vs for Ecosport it is 11.67 lacs
2. The narrator totally skips on the automatic pricing. Almost similar price for Fully loaded Ecosport titanium plus AT vs full spec Nexon 'AMT'.
3. AMT sucks. No details needed on that point. A car with almost 13-14 lacs on road price with an AMT makes no sense.
3. Driving dynamics of Ecosport are well known among enthusiasts. Nexon's setup is not bad but one would choose ES anyday for its handling.
Lastly every car has a facelift cycle. Saying Ecosport didn't make any changes since beginning is bullshit. The front grill and especially the interiors were massively updated in 2017-18 facelift.
You really need to stop the Tata fan base pandering and start giving more neutral reviews.

Performance of both the cars is awesome ...however nexon gives a little extra torque...and the rear space of eco sport is a bit smaller
Ecosport petrol starts from 8 lakhs and nexon petrol starts from 7 lakhs, but EcoSport base model offers way more features than nexon, for eg- all four power windows, central locking, music system, adjustable headrests even at the back which is present in nexon's top model only and there are many other features as well. For comparison nexon xm (7.7 lakhs) should be compared to ecosport ambiente. And talking about diesel, EcoSport starts from 8.5 lakhs and nexon starts from 8.4 lakhs, so EcoSport is much more value for money than nexon in comparison, i have both the cars in my family and i love both of them, but EcoSport is just in another league when its comes to driving, nexon is great too but EcoSport is better hands down

Amit Singh I second that. Motoroctane has been advertising all the Tata products whether it is Tiago or Altroz or Nexon. Having said that, these are great cars in their segments. But, the downsides of Tata products like poor after sales service and resale value have not been portrayed.

Almost all motoroctane reviews are based on sponsor's interest or specific interests. One's(ecosport) cosmetic change seems nothing as per this review while for other's(nexon) slight cosmetic upgrade gives you more pleasure in terms of look!
Additionally, few demerits for ecosport exaggerates and on the other hand many important downside of nexon were not covered......

Both are good vehicles.
Nexon is better in terms of practicality, features and price.
1) 3 people can't sit comfortably in Ecosport 2nd row. Nexon has wider 2nd row and comfortable for 3 people with rear A/C vent as bonus.
2) Sideways opening tailgate of Ecosoprt is an issue in parking.
3) Nexon is value for money as it has more features and lower price.
4) Ecoport has a 6 air bags in top end, But Nexon comes with 5 star rating in Global NCAP.
5) Ecosprt has better touch screen and reverse camera. But Nexon has more advantages like best in class music system and safety features like ESP, TCS as standard.
6) Nexon turbo petrol (minor turbo lag is there) has more mileage than Ecosport 1.5 petrol.

1. You told people that 1.2 Turbo gives more mileage, but why didn't you tell that Turbo cars need to be carefully maintained as compared to a naturally aspirated engine on that of FORD?
2. The after-sales service quality of Ford is much superior to Tata.
3. Service cost of Ford is one of the cheapest in India
4. The performance, braking, and handling of Ford is a notch higher than Nexon, Nexon does give better comfort though
6. The fast cool option that you showed in Nexon is also available with Ford. In fact, why didn't you tell that Ecosport AC is the best in the segment even though there are no rear ACs? Cc wise too Ecosport has a bigger AC.

The problem with ford is yes their AC's are good at first but after sometime you'll have to change the compressor and you cant use ford for more than 5 years and I'm not sure if nexon will last that long though and not to mention after another facelift finally arrives the cost of parts will skyrocket for the previous models.

Drove both the cars EcoSport and Nexon. I loved EcoSport! Performance of EcoSport is much better than Nexon. It's really fun to drive. Once a Ford, always a Ford. It gives family wali feeling.

Small small failures like power windows malfunction, abs light blinking , central locking failure , squeeking noices and many more occur continously in tata nexon and ford ecosport has no such problems in 7 years
That issue are no where in tata atleast in cars sold and manufactured in 2019-2020 no cars has a single issue. Ya 1 thing which i know is tata updates cars every 6 month but some dealer are selling outdated models in stock which cause issues

I have 2010 Tata Manza car Aura ABS Qudrajet Diesel1248 cc fiat engine. 112000 KM running till date but engine is very refined & smooth without any repairs. 16 - 18 km mileage in city & 18 - 22 km milage on highway.Very good seden with spacious & long leg room. If I replace car then I will by definitely buy Nexon.

EcoSport is not a disappointing vehicle. Latest version of EcoSport titanium+ comes with a good package compared to nexon top model and sports version is really attractive. EcoSport has segment best features like Steering feedback, turning radius, 6air bags, tyre pressure monitor..etc.
Only disadvantage in EcoSport is rear space.
If you are looking for a diesel car, try both nexon and EcoSport.
If you are looking for petrol Car, go with nexon.
Diesel Ecosport gets a hard clutch in a years time. Also Nexon also has good Steering feedback and TPMS also exists on the facelift model + connected car tech. Better rear space and 5 star in crash test results
@@motoroctane Ecosport (D) top end is less expensive that Nexon (D) single tone top end in my city. We own a Tata Nexon pre-facelift one and its clutch although light has a higher biting point and the actuating mechanism is little springy and not that smooth. It takes a few kilometres to get used to that clutch if driving Nexon after a long time. Other than that Nexon is a very good CSUV.

Have been using ecosport for 2.5 yrs..clutch is ok.. have driven Nexon for a few 100 kms.. clutch is is springy and a bit awkward..
Ecosport is older than the Nexon but still it is exceptional in its drivebility, handling and reliability.. have driven 70000 kms and trust me it's very reliable.. I don't know if u can say the same for Nexon..
BS6 version of diesel ecosport’s Clutch is very soft coz I have taken test drive of it before few days of lockdown..No hard clutch ..
You didn't talk about ride quality, high speed stability and after sales service because you better know where's Tata's position .

when you are comparing the car do a fair comparison , Ecosport has one of the best alloy wheel aggressive grill plus sunroof , what you are showing here is a lower end variant .
Tata Nexon XZ Plus Diesel (S) and Ford EcoSport Titanium+ MT Sports Diesel(top end ford) both will cost the same .

Nixon is a great car and TATA's best product till today it has all the bells and whistles which you need in a small car but Ecosport still has the punch and aggressive mini suv look .
So both cars are good .
Seriously I didn't like the dull interiors of ecosport and more over ford cars are always costly.. So I waited for an alternative.. Then I got Nexon..

as i own ford ecosport for last 1 year and drove around 35k i can say that you will more enjoy ecosport BUT both cars are excellent, just take test drive of each car and select. Don't fall for this feature or other feature , choose a car which you love while handling and other things will automatically will sought out and do check the service quality of your area of each company as every city has different quality of service offered, i am from delhi and over here both are good so choose that car which you like while driving don't run for this feature or other features because those will worthless when you don't like your car.

Why don’t you mention the ac compressor capacity of the Ford ecosport which is almost double compared to the similar car in segment (I’m not recalling actual number though) that why it doesn’t need rear ac vents which are useless though and just a gimmic
Rear ac went are not useless its relly good to have them it almost extra qulity and also tata music system is 1000 time better

What a biased review, congratulations....The price of BS 6 Nexon is almost at par with top model Eco sport. Also very smartly it is stated that eco sport is missing on features but later on added that it is coming with connected features. Also ommited that Nexon still has fit and finish issues. Again skipped the faCt that Nexon is basically more expensive to maintain...nicely done....
