That is not a spark plug it is a glow plug but then you would not get any comments LOL - Also use - - 24 Volt.- Glow plugs are around 150 Watt. So 150 / 12 = 12.5 Amp - Most trucks are 24 Volt So 150 / 24 = 6.25 Amps.

Seems risky to the battery... They're not meant to continuously discharge amperage like that over long period of time... Plus it can create toxic fumes..

You shouldn't use a 12v glow plug to a 24v batteries, it will be destroyed by over voltage. I am an automotive technician, I have been using this for almost 5 years.

Have you ever bought a solder iron for $20? They're shit. Even the $50 ones don't last. At least the weller ones I've had certainly are meh.
While i agree mostly with what you said, if someone saw this and decided to perfect this technique.... So it looked a bit cleaner, maybe using a Dr. grip pen or something with a sightly better look than paint marker, then maybe that's a recipe for something cool.

What is the idea? Make a solder pen with a glow stick and a marker pen and some wires and alligator clips etc, and solder it together with a soldering gun!? All that equipment will cost more than buying a professional soldering iron, which you obviously already have in the soldering gun. And why use rubber gloves are you afraid of cutting yourself? You should use better tools instead. Thin rubber gloves won't protect your fingers if you slip.
