- Mahuka is the newest Intamin roller coaster to open in Europe and is the second installation of their Hot Racer Single Rail roller coaster. Is it any good? Is it rough like the original prototype in Sydney? Watch the video to find out!
Will it compare well to RMC coasters like Wonder Woman or Railblazer, and what changes have intamin made under the hood to improve this coaster? Are we likely to see any more of these designs in the future?

So glad to hear this rides well, I was worried by the reports from big dipper. I think you're spot on that this is a competitor to the small euro fighters, where they're perfect for small parks.
And a bonus of one extra person per train!
While Big Dipper is not my favourite Intamin, it's clear that Intamin has perfected their design for Mahuka!
Maybe they should pass on some notes to zamperla!

It could work quite well, especially in the footprint of the ride that was removed. I think the capacity is too low though for what would work at bob.
Sounds fun! I'm surprised how good that area looks with all the plants and theming compared to when it was just sitting there as completed track. Also nice to hear that it runs smooth. We need another European coaster review for this year though.
Unless I make it back to grona lund or tursenfryd I'm not sure what I'd review.

@@TheWolfXCIX English isn't my native language. But I'm pretty sure the Dutch lassɔ is derived from the American ˈlæs.oʊ and not from the Brittish læsˈu given the popularity of cowboys and such.
Been looking forward to watching your review of Mahuka and it didn't disappoint. Another Great review and mirrored a lot of our thoughts on Mahuka. We did notice the rattle as only got back or next to back row rides, but it wasn't uncomfortable and didn't spoil our ride experience. Haven't ridden any other single rail Coasters but loved Mahuka and would put it up there amongst our favourite Family/Thrill Coasters.
I believe that walibi Holland has some sort of dueling single rail coaster planned!
@@RollercoasterDavid I believe so, an RMC with one side Thrill and the other family from what a ride attendant told us when we were there last year.

I prefer this layout to the RMC single rail coasters, which are a (fun) jumbled mess.
