Does it matter to the bugs what color the interceptor is? Does one color attract them more than another color?
Yikes, I ordered these and they work great. Got a lot of bed bugs. However, do these need to be replaced or do I just remove the dead bed bugs and put them back?
They don't need to be replaced unless they get damaged somehow. You can safely wash and reinstall them.
its been at least 3 weeks and still no bugs in the trap. im getting bitten
They are still in the bed that's why.
I just have a question, if a bug crawls down the leg into the trap, can't the bug just crawl back up into the bed? Is this product just to keep new bugs from crawling up the leg of the bed? It doesn't trap bugs that crawl down the leg, right?
Correct, it's for monitoring the infestation throughout the room. The bed itself should be fully treated, cleaned, and encased before installing the monitors.
Can I put bedbug powder in the traps where the leg part is and where they get stuck. So they die once they get stuck
The outer perimeter pitfall is designed to be a slick smooth surface that bed bugs can't climb. Once they fall into that pit, they won't be able to escape. There is no need to add anything else, and that is not recommended as it could negatively affect the product's functionality.

What if you have a bed with no legs? We have an IKEA bed with drawers at the bottom. It lays flat on the floor?
Spacers or risers can be placed under the bed to fit into the Interceptors. Commercial bed risers are available and do-it-yourselfers find that 1 1/2" thick wooden blocks or slices of 3" diameter PVC pipe work well.
