Especially since they managed to do it all condensed into the timespan of a single episode of a tv show. Would be cool to see you guys react to it for the British example if you ever do another horror from around the world video
Pz. Vince Siqueiros For me, Midnight was the scariest episode. It’s the one where an alien sneaks onto the train and hides within one of the passengers. It learned super quickly by copying what everyone was saying.
I watched the Jane doe movie by myself, at like 2am, in the living room (a giant open space), in the dark. it got to the point where when i realized i needed the lights on i was too scared to get up off the couch. I have never been scared like that watching a movie since i was like 7 or something. And the girl barely even moved!
Ikr. I’m obsessed with horror movies as well and always on the hunt for the good quality ones since I rarely get scared of ghosts in films. I must admit that I had low expectation on western production because movies like the conjuring, paranormal activity and similar ones always disappoint me 😂😅 However, the autopsy of Jane Doe and Hereditary proved me wrong and that the West can also come out with scary plot and ghosts too like the Asian countries. For me, the more the jump scares the director tries to put in into a horror movie, the lesser quality it will become. Horror movies shouldn’t be JUST about shocking your audience with jump scares, but it’s about slowly building suspension and creepiness with a good plot as the film goes on and leave the audience mentally scarred with the memory of being haunted. But oh well, this is just my opinion about how a good horror movie should be 🤣🤣
That movie is actually one I watch over and over again, my teacher showed it to us as a april fools joke(Im a mortuary science student) and I ended up loving it!
The Autopsy of Jane Doe upsets me because I was talking to a new coworker, and they said they had watched it. I said several times that I hadn't watched it yet, and I even tried to change the subject. They proceeded to spoil the big twist in it...It annoyed me so much that I haven't even been able to watch it yet because now, every single time I see it mentioned, I remember the twist, and it drives me nuts...
Martyrs is one of the few films I've watched that calling it a horror movie is an understatement lol. Love it anyway. IMO the best to come out of the new french extremity.
I'm so glad they added 'Shutter'! It's still one of my fave horror movies 😊 I watched it first when I was still in uni and had a photography lecture in that semester, so it really gave me the creeps even more 😂 And I'm glad they're "enjoying" it as well! Oh, and the addition to 'Us' is also really great, I just wished they'd show or explain a little bit more of it, but I guess that'd be kinda spoilery so all is good! Great reactions 🙌
So the Thailand one they showed is the same one I was thinking of. I got excited, because I thought it was the US version, I love that movie but no one I know has ever seen or heard of it. Now that I know there's another version (most likely a way better one), I'll have to check it out!
@@tompatompsson Kinda agree with u, it was kinda weak, but I don’t think it was really trying to be scary per say. I feel like they were trying to “wow” the audience. Compared to “IT” it’s nothing.
The siren in Silent Hill is quite similar to the one at my place. Whenever it's going to be a downpour and the siren start to go off, the gloomy and cloudy atmosphere, make me feel like Pyramid Head would came out of nowhere 😂
I love horror movies like Ju-On, because he was right that it doesnt outright put fright into you. Its like a slow dread. The scenes are slow and methodical, and make it so youre stressed enough that your senses are hightened and youre anxious, but never too far. So youre just frozen in fright, similar to the girl in that scene. Its a different kind of horror and I wish there were more like it.
Shutter made me scared when it got me to realized that ghost can sit on your shoulder without you knowing it. That's why you feel heaviness on it or even pain. 😱😱
The guy who plays the villain in the hills have eyes lives in my tiny county. Every now and then I see him at the supermarket or in town. Nice guy but its a bit freaky when you randomly see the guy from that film.
Shutter was scary, it's still in my top 5 horror movies that I have watched, along with Alone. Both Shutter and Alone have the same creators. And I love horror movies, especially Asian ones, because they use less special effects which is scarier for me. I also watch other horror movies from other countries (aside from US/UK/Canadian) like French, Spanish, Russian and Dutch. They also have quite scary horror movies that are fun to watch. More fun if you watch them with people who gets scared a lot. 😁
@@melodylightsahgasestarlight I like Robert Eggers, even though he's only done 3 films so far, I can feel his inspirations and feel the fear of dread in the stories. I also really have always liked James Wan as a horror director. I mean, he's a legend for American horror, right? Saw 1 and 2, directed Dead Silence, The Conjuring and The Conjuring 2, and he also did Insidious which actually terrified by as a 13-year-old. This after having already been terrified by Ju-On and Ringu 1 and 2. My sisters didn't like me apparently, because they were older and made me watch those with them. It's probably why I'm such a weirdo when it comes to my love for all things dark and macabre.

I remember watching Us and it was so scary but at the same time it was so new and fresh. The whole concept of it was really interesting. I would love to see them react to old horror movies from the 70s and 80s like Carrie and The Shining.
I recommend reacting to these American Horror movie scenes: The Conjuring - Wardrobe scene The Conjuring 2 - Painting scene Insidious - Face of fire Insidious - Ending scene Lights out - Trapped in the basement scene Weeping woman near pool - The Curse of La Llorona Please react to these!!!
Bro I cursed inside the movie theater , loud enough for the mother and her daughter next to me and they laughed while I was scared as fuck. The movie was the curse of la llorana

You should show them the movie, Dead Silence. It's about haunted ventriloquist dolls. SO CREEPY! I had a fear of dolls when I was younger and my older cousin made me watch it to face my fears lol.
You guys should definitely react to Veronica. It’s a Spanish horror film based on a true story and it’s really creepy. Some other horror movies I’d recommend: As Above So Below, The Rite, The Devil Inside, Sinister, and The Field Guide to Evil ranged from just the very strange and absurd to downright terrifying.
When she said that she couldn't wash her hair today, I totally felt that! When I saw The Grudge (The American remake of JU-ON) I was terrified for months to close my eyes while I was in the shower. 🤦♀️😂
The original Ju-On the Grudge, while low budget and a little visually dated now, it still terrified me. I do think, now having been a horror fan, that Ju-On The Curse (which came out before any of the others) and Ju-On The Grudge 2 was more scary than Ju-On. I also was terrified of Ringu 1 and 2, but then when compared to Ju-On The Grudge 2, they're not nearly as scary as Ju-On to me.
When she asked why they made creepy sounds at 8:26, it’s the bells they add to the body of a dead person. It was practiced a lot in the United States (other countries as well) because the dead people they buried or are said to be dead sometimes aren’t. So if the person doing to autopsy or preparing the dead body for burial hears it, it’s said they are actually still alive. But now in present time, we no longer use bells because the medical field has evolved that help us determine whether or not the person is truly deceased. I think they even explain it in the movie but just wanted to write this for anyone who is curious :)
i remember back probably like 10 ish years ago when we still lived in Alaska we had watched this and my dad was going on a trip like a few days later, literally had one of our side house door windows tinted because of the movie lol
the autopsy of jane doe is PEAK! the APEX of what makes a good horror movie. also the story was so enthralling, there is no way you can watch that movie and not be captivated by it.
i would love to see them react to real stories behind horror movies. Like "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" (you can even hear sound recordings were she talks scary, where even I get scared) or "The Hills have Eyes". It would be so cool to see them react to REAL shit
@GuranPurin Oh yea, it's the noises she makes that scare me. That's how you know to put your guard up because she's going to manifest. And she's also the only one strong enough to manifest in outside locations. I think it was just her look that creeped me out, this very pale face and dark eyes and blood on her white night gown, which I've come to learn now is a classic example of Japanese folklore in regards to Japanese spirits, especially female, it's just something about that iconic, terrifying, don't-want-to-see-that-in-my-dreams, type of character she is. Takako Fuji, who played Kayako for the first 5 movies, really deserves all the praise she gets for that horrifying role.
As a former horror fan, I've seen them all: classic American horror, modern horror, chapter book horror, video game horror, etc. I binged all the movies as a kid until they got boring. None of them phase me anymore to this day, not even Pennywise (Though he never felt scary in the first place). I can look at all those other movies and roll my eyes, even if I haven't seen a scary movie in 10+ years. But there's only 1 horror film that still keeps me up at night.. it's JU ON (Grudge 2) without a doubt. It has haunted my core memories for decades, I will literally never watch it again. To preface, I bought the DVD excitedly as a kid and I had to give it away because I was too terrified to watch it by myself after the first few minutes, plus no one wanted to enjoy it with me, i was the only horror fan in my family. I still sometimes avoid looking at mirrors in the dark, particularly if i think about this movie. Even thinking about this movie brings back memories of the disembodied screaming (that one scene, the worst scene in the movie). At one point in my teenage years, I thought "maybe it's not as scary as it felt when I was 10, let me give it a rewatch" heck no, it was still just as cursed. Haven't seen it since
In the US and Europe, we tied bells to the toe to let us know if they were still alive. They also used to put a bell string around their finger before burying them to make sure they weren't alive after burial. They also put little flags instead of bells at the graves for the same reason.
Love horror movies . You guys should do Jeepers Creepers, Nightmare on Elm Street, the Texas chainsaw massacre, all the Saw movies, the hills have eyes , chucky, final destination, and just more horror movies
You guys should react to movies like Divergent, Insurgent, Allegiant, Hunger Games, and so on.. As a kid, I would always read the books, and the actors/actresses are so handsome and pretty. It just has such a good plot
A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) is still one of the scariest movies to me. It may have something to do with the fact that I watched on cable by myself at 11 PM when I was 12 years old.
I can’t be the only one who didn’t find any of these scary right? Still, I love horror movies. Us is a very creative movie, one of the best in my opinion even though it wasn’t scary.
I think you can only find a movie scary if it’s somewhat believable to you. That’s why the only movie that has affected me and I haven’t seen to many is “The Fourth Kind” because it’s about aliens or basically the unknown.
not sure how well the comedy would translate but would love to see them react to funny horror films (scary movie 2000, nightmare on elm st 1984, Tucker & Dale vs. Evil 2010)
Shutter did it right. It does have some cheesy jump scares, but it does a pretty good job of building up a feeling of dread. That chase scene is perfect: the ghost moves just fast enough to quickly build up that feeling, but slow enough to extend it out into a boiling climax. Too fast and it becomes a jump scare, too slow and it becomes boring. I just wish that at the end instead of jump scaring him to slip, he slipped because of the rain while the ghost continued in an uninterrupted advance.
Yes I love all of those so much! Decapitation/ending for hereditary. Lawnmower/opening scene/bbq/yard hedges for sinister. And tongue split/arm cut off/face cut/first seeing the abomination/ending for evil dead.
That's different. Here in the US we tend to do horror movies in the fall (because of Halloween) and action movies in the summer (because of summer vacations).
I think this is surreal because American's view Korea body horror movies are one of the consistently genuinely scary or disturbing genre of movies. Show them Evil Dead, Troma-team movie, Martyrs, or any of the Human Centipede movies!
The Autopsy of Jane Doe is the scariest for me and I've seen a gazillion horror movies since I was 6 years old. If they only knew the whole story of that movie, it's even scarier than the movie itself.
I just found it interesting how much sound effects and music seem to play a part in how scary or disturbing a scene is, no matter what part of the world it is from.

Haven't seen it since
Lmao I don't blame you, I seen it thousend of time and still makes me scream like a girl and I'm a dude
In the US and Europe, we tied bells to the toe to let us know if they were still alive. They also used to put a bell string around their finger before burying them to make sure they weren't alive after burial. They also put little flags instead of bells at the graves for the same reason.
US was such a great horror movie and the plot in the end always get me
Us is definitely a movie you have to watch twice. It's really good and has a lot of symbolism and things you might only catch the second time.
I don’t know if anyone knows this, but Bambam has said that “Shutter” was based on a true story!
Bambam from Got7? imma search for that
Love horror movies . You guys should do Jeepers Creepers, Nightmare on Elm Street, the Texas chainsaw massacre, all the Saw movies, the hills have eyes , chucky, final destination, and just more horror movies
Thai Horror movies is always on another level!
You guys should react to movies like Divergent, Insurgent, Allegiant, Hunger Games, and so on.. As a kid, I would always read the books, and the actors/actresses are so handsome and pretty. It just has such a good plot
I wish they watch one more horror film from Thailand "Coming Soon"
I always recommend that one to people
That one messed me up good. Laddaland is also in my list
@@arisrap2951 Laddaland is good :)
They didn't even show the scariest part of Shutter. That last scene made me paranoid about neck-pain back in high school. 🤣
Love how real their reactions are, I saw all of these movies and I just was with a poker face the whole time😂
YES! autopsy of jane doe is actually a great thriller/horror
Thailand got the best horror movie, “coming soon” its fricking good
A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) is still one of the scariest movies to me. It may have something to do with the fact that I watched on cable by myself at 11 PM when I was 12 years old.
Oh my god all these movies made my childhood 😂😂😂 It's a nice throwback 😍😍
THAI HORROR MOVIE DEFINITELY HIT DIFFERENT ✨
Jane Doe is a masterpiece.I recommend you The Wailing and Jane Doe.
I don't like horror films, but I watched Autopsy of Jane Doe on Netflix years back, and I was surprised by how good the build up was!
I love your Channel✨
They should react to Mexican stories for example La Llorona
not sure how well the comedy would translate but would love to see them react to funny horror films (scary movie 2000, nightmare on elm st 1984, Tucker & Dale vs. Evil 2010)
React to... The Evil Dead Series
Tell them to PLEASE watch US and The Autopsy of Jane For in their entirety.
Both have physiological aspects to it that make it more intense.
React to La llorona(Mexico)
Shutter did it right. It does have some cheesy jump scares, but it does a pretty good job of building up a feeling of dread. That chase scene is perfect: the ghost moves just fast enough to quickly build up that feeling, but slow enough to extend it out into a boiling climax. Too fast and it becomes a jump scare, too slow and it becomes boring. I just wish that at the end instead of jump scaring him to slip, he slipped because of the rain while the ghost continued in an uninterrupted advance.
if you guys watch psychological thrillers next then i'd suggest "the platform" on netflix, super chilling
I literally can’t unsee the things I saw while watching the autopsy of Jane doe
When it ended... I was like... Moreeee!!
Please watch these next!
Hereditary
Sinister
The Evil Dead (2013 version)
The Conjuring 1 and/or 2
Yes I love all of those so much! Decapitation/ending for hereditary. Lawnmower/opening scene/bbq/yard hedges for sinister. And tongue split/arm cut off/face cut/first seeing the abomination/ending for evil dead.
Evil Dead Remake In 2013 makes me give chills and the scene is so scary😭😱
a couple of my personal favourite horror movies are It Follows and The Babadook. They scary as hell but also just good movies in general
Its hilarious how I started watching this and got obsessed with BTS at the same time. Now I trying to learn how to speak Korean.
Autopsy of Jane Doe was freaking awesome! It still leaves a lot unanswered, so I'm hoping for a sequel!
true
React to Haunting of Hill House Scary parts
Love their reactions!!! would love to see horror movies with them :p Please do more scary reactions!
Me:it's night in Italy so I'll save this to watch it tomorrow ain't no demon getting into my body tonight nope not today satan
❤️❤️❤️ this one!!!! Minji and Heejin
I want them to watch insidious chapter 3 the scene where the demon shuts the curtains and the door and she is on the floor.
Shutter is one of my favorite Asian horror movies. Definitely recommend!
Please react to zombie Films, Please do 28 weeks later Opening sequence
The faster ones like World War Z and I forgot the other one.
@@angelicalago5058 Train to busan?
@@MythicalYub The title has a dead in the end. Like the intro was about a family then the mother only survived.
That's different. Here in the US we tend to do horror movies in the fall (because of Halloween) and action movies in the summer (because of summer vacations).
Am I the only one who thinks "the autopsy of Jane doe" wasn't scary??
Oh yeah that part 2002 ju on that stair scene gave me NIGHTMARE for days
MJ & chacha have my heart🥺💖
I love your reactionss
I love it❤️🇲🇽
I'm really enjoying these reactions! Thank you!
I think this is surreal because American's view Korea body horror movies are one of the consistently genuinely scary or disturbing genre of movies.
Show them Evil Dead, Troma-team movie, Martyrs, or any of the Human Centipede movies!
Movies like, dead silence, the orphan, drag me down to hell, children of the corn, and grave encounters would be AMAZING MOVIES TO REACT TO PLEASE.
Ahhh its so fun to watch!
I just stumble upon this channel and I can’t stop watching
Thanks for sharing those movies, I didn't know the aotopsy of jane doe and I definitely did not know shutter, but I know what's added to my watchlist
