Hey Rory, I don’t really watch your vids anymore but they helped when I was in a really dark place. Did a coaching session helped way back and enjoyed jumping on your twitch streams, but the past year, it was more for the banter (my twitch name is different). All I gotta say is you’re a good dude and helping lots of ppl with not BS.
My ex is liking and commenting on my Facebook on and off for months now. I asked to meet last time she did this and followed it up a week later asking the same. I didn't even get a reply the second time. So, I decided not to ask again this time when she reached out and kept the conversation friendly and brief. It's frustrating, she's commenting again, but not making any more effort than that.
Listen to Rory, he's the man! At the end of the day, work on yourself, journal, try different things, go out there and meet new people :)

Rory, sometimes there are no mutual friends, no family connection, and you live far apart. I wish there is another way, but some cases are hopeless.
Great video and reminder of what you should do after a breakup. Don't need it anymore but I'll keep supporting one of the best channels that helped me through my breakup 2,5 years ago.

Hi Rory, do you think me constantly watching these videos when I’m sad is complicating my healing? I feel like whenever I’m sad I go to ur videos to get reassurance that ‘yes they will come back’ (even though that’s not what you preach). I do the things that you recommend, improving myself, going to the gym, making new friends, going out in nature, trying new skills, but I cant help that in my sad times I religiously watch your videos for that reassurance. Break up was 2 weeks ago.
