    I just found this!I have been doing country heat3 months not fully done with the 3rd months but noticed my booty was getting smaller and just added booty workout and was doing more homework just found this!score!

    Too bad she uses weights in the gym to get her body. Not 21 day fix exercises.

      I've been doing 21 day fix for years. I use it along with other exercises and it totally works. Yes, you can bulk up more with weights but her workout does a lot for the body and totally works

    This chick obviously lifts weights and probably at the gym. Don't be fooled with these at home workout programs.

      Mike Miller I'm sure nobody's being fooled... for people that don't do much activity these are great exercises. And people do see results with these exercises it's just after you do them for a while they stop working so you need to up the Reps, rounds and add light weights in order to go further in your Fitness. If you're just trying to maintain and/or lower your blood pressure and resting heart rate these are great ... And add some short bursts of cardio in between these and most people are set....
