Kishka is a crazy false friend with Polish! In our language, this word means "intestines". 🤣 Please, speak more Ukrainian in your videos - listening to this beautiful language is a real pleasure. ☺

In Ukrainian "intestine" is Кишка (Kyshka). In plural it is Kyshky and the whole system is Kyshkivnyk
Female cat is Кішка (Kishka). But we often call it Kyts'ka or Kytsia.
      Male cat is Kit
      Whale is Kyt

У мене була собака, вона була моїм найкращим другом протягом багатьох років. Вона прожила більше 13 років. Це бул шотландський тер’єр на ім’я Йоді. Це жіноча версія Йоди із Зоряних воєн.
Дякую за урок - сподіваюся, скоро ви отримаєте власного собаку. 😊👍

I think being able to more fully understand the videos we see coming from the war would be better for all of us. Love your video, but I'd like to mention that animals sometimes have masculine and feminine forms, for example:
    Качка/ качур - duck
    Коза/ козел - goat
    Вовк/ вовчиця - wolf
    Лис/ лисиця - fox

    • @SzalonyKucharz

You should add the English masculine/feminine forms then:

      wolf/luna
      Fox/vixen

2:10 It's even funnier in Polish, where the word for a man ends with an a, thus formally enforcing feminine declension pattern, while the adjective and verb agreement remains masculine. Semantically, 'mężczyzna' is of course masculine. Masculinity however, is fully... feminine in Polish.

One thing I know as growing up in an ethnic mixed community with parents from different language orgins is that starting learning a new language you always want to learn the swear words as soon as possible. But people rarely want to teach them for some reason. So if your’re not to concern about the risk of having a lot of them among your comments you should defently do the video. It would be popular for sure and a chance for you to blow off some steam after everything you have been thru .. 🇺🇦❤️🙏
