They’re totally divine. Metric weights: flour 330g, cacao 60g, brown sugar 330g, and sour cream 360g. 170C is a temperature for a conventional oven and they took 32 minutes exactly. I used cups and teaspoons for the remaining ingredients. This quantity makes 18, not 12, jumbo muffins.
I used almost an ounce of brewed espresso instead of the powder and I used the espresso and milk to melt the cocoa powder into the milk then added that to the wet ingredients after it cooled off. They came out beautiful and so dark inside, instead of the light brown color in this video. I used a 6 actually jumbo muffin pan. They came out huge and awesome.

1 egg is equivalent to 1 tablespoon of grounded flaxseed with 3 tablespoon of water. In this recipe 3 eggs are equivalent 3 tablespoon of grounded flaxseed with 9 tablespoon of water. Vegans do like this.
