    Thank you❤ I have recently realized this about me going in to freeze, I used to call it " time anxiety" when it kicked in, I didn't know how to get out of it😳 Now I am getting the right tools (to get out of freeze) I have been asking life/universe for❤

    It’s funny following your channel along with going back to what I always knew just worked for me…it’s qigong! And you being scientifically based and doing this video today had me smiling at listening to my inner comfort and intuition because all these things are common practice in qigong, AND just so happen to be in my favorite practices. The breath of fire I gathered from my Kundalini yoga days and still keep it around. Wow, I love when science catches up with old spiritualism practices. YAYYY!!! Health for alllll!!!! Love your energy so much!

    There are legitimate energy medicine cleansing practices that incorporate a form of wiping like this. So it's not just a "feel good" activity. It is actually doing something to the stagnant or dirty prana in your energy system.

      Well because i’m a freediving atlete and stuggle with performance stress. I read Rosenberg book and the tips from him work well. However there is always that nagging self doubt about if the dive will be successful or not. That generates projections and doubts and end up been a failure. The thing is about our sport is as we are holding our breath and performing we do not have the breathing relaxation available to us. My question how donyou get in the zone and how to stay in it? Thanks and love your videos. I watched the fuzzy focus one and i’ll apply it today on my dive
