Same here. I just started and noticed that my base level of stress were far lower. I tend to redline my stress levels (ptsd) and can't effectively think myself down. But I noticed that my overall level of stress dropped with ashwaghanda and I realized that it was easier to put things into perspective and relax myself rather than react to impulse. I’ve been taking ashwaganda for a week now and I’ve gained weight and muscle mass and I only do push-ups nothing more than I used to. This stuff works great 👍
Ashwagandha is great! When ever I feel overly stressed, mostly physical I take round 800mg twice per day. A day or two later I feel much better and my confidence is way up! I also recover faster and get better sleep quality. The only down side for ME.. is that I get easily irritated and aggressive the first week as it clearly boost testosterone but it goes away the longer I use it.
I started ashwagandha a few weeks ago. Now I'm too relaxed. I'm writing exams in two days but I haven't had my usual stress related to exams... I'm really freaked out (in theory haha) by this because I'm also studying so calmly it's making me feel like I'm not studying appropriately. I'm too calm. Omg!
I have had chronic stress and anxiety my whole life and ashwaghanda has been the closest thing to Xanax I can find without the drugged out sleepy feeling. It really works!!
For people who suffer from insomnia and anxiety, having a cup of warm milk that contains a teaspoon of powdered Ashwagandha before bedtime is beneficial
I was taking this for a while but added some other supplements at the same time so couldn't really nail down what was working, you convinced me to buy some more as I was feeling great at the time I was taking this.
It's very helpful for me because I'm living in a big population country and I got stress easily, everybody honking everyday on roads, just amazing i have no words to thanks this ashwagandha jadibuti.
I’ve completely changed my diet since the quarantine. Making sure I get at least 100% DV of vitamins and incorporating Maca powder (to replace caffeine), Ashwagangha (800mg) and are least 8oz. Of bone broth daily. I still take in about 150mg of caffeine, but I’ve never felt better. I no longer have stomach pain and have an overall better mood throughout the day. I was put on a lot of anti-depressants as a child and they never helped. I was severely depressed off an on for the last 15 years. And this change has occurred after only two weeks! I can’t imagine how I’ll feel after 60 days. I can’t stress enough how much people should try this. Not only do I feel better, but the overall cost is far less than the constant taco binges.
I’ve taken Ashwagandha for about 2 months now and I’ve lost fat around my stomach and my upper body is gaining back some muscle mass. I also cut out alcohol, eat reasonably well, and have a 10 year history of sports. 30 minute walks have been my only form of exercise so far. Not sure which is the largest contributor, but I’m definitely feeling like my testosterone levels are higher. And my fat loss/regaining some muscle backs up my hunch.
Ashwagandha is the most effective supplement I've taken hands down. It's weird how it helps with anxiety personally. I still get anxious thoughts, but there's not the associated anxious feeling with it. I'm able to analyse the situation/thought objectively and stay in control of my feelings. You have to be careful though with any supplement, not all ashwagandha is created equally. Some brands will make me feel absolutely exhausted all day, some will have no effect. It makes me wonder what they're putting in these things. A little experimentation and research with brands can go a long way.
Ashwagandha is awesome!! I took it for 3 months straight and I truly felt a difference with my anxiety. I would get sudden anxiety when I got on the hwy and it was pretty scary. I never had any type of anxiety issues, it literally came out of nowhere after I turned 40. I've been off of it for about 3 months and I can't wait to start back tomorrow, I will never be without my ashwagandha. Try it as a latte with almond milk and turmeric right before bed. Great video and thanks.
I have it too on the highway. It is really bad. Now I will try this aswell, just ordered some. Cold showers and cutting out sugar has helped greatly too. Came here out of nowhere too.
It helps with endurance for me . u can see the changes in 12 hours . during my post grad i used to get exhausted by work , but if i add ASHWAGANDHA in my tea in morning ,i could work past 1- 2 am some days( get dried root and crush it in tea for better taste) . but effect wears off after 7-10 day or regular use , u definitely fell your body grow resistance towards the dosage u have to increase it to have effect.

@ok joy on day 1 I took half spoon ashwagandha powder and I fell asleep within 5 minutes but it was more dosage than I should have. So i started with 5mg daily in warm milk before sleeping and I'm literally so happy from within like no negative external force can do anything to me
I got it for it's ability to help with the problems shift work causes, it gets you back into regular sleep patterns and deals with the cortisol caused by broken sleep patterns. It has been fantastic for me.

I used ashwaganda in the past and loved it! I've been off for years. I'm dealing with serious health issues, so I'm doing other stuff. Can everyone recommend the brand of ashwaganda you love (powder/ capsules or tinctures) Thank you 😊
I love this stuff! I was tripped out when I quit my diet and started eating pizza and Mac n cheese for dinner and didn’t gain weight. I was shocked and the only thing I was doing differently is taking Ashwaganda. I can’t believe I can eat however I want and stay at my exact same weight. And it helps reduce my anxiety big time. Don’t get me wrong, I exercise A LOT, but if I don’t watch what I eat I gain weight, this supplement keeps me holding at the same weight consistently. Great video! Thank you
That is a lie. This herb does not delete calories. You exercize that is the reason for you not gaining weight. Weight gain is always based on numbers and facts, not your feelings.
