Non onf them was involved or taking real heat of projects by doing coding or actual work . These egoistic managers spoiling many good hardworking employees jobs in tcs or many other companies. One lady hazra was just talk talj talj status stsus thatd all . Why ???? Why not take actually heat of projects ???? No one want that ....many male mamagers also same ... Under women empowerment new harrashment and un capable ladies becoming bossses and harrashment to male employees
I don't know what type of organisation this is, just before 2 months back they have given revised breakup after approval and told they will send revised offer before 2 weeks of joining. Now when I asked them to send my revised offer they are crying they can't send now. Apart from this i got a call from HR that tcs is not onboarding any candidate for this quater, but i didn't get any mail regarding this.
Bro, i can understand your pain and frustration. Generally TCS is not known for such things .May be in your case there is something going on on business end, that we don't have the visibility. I completely agree with 5th point and my AST promotion was pending from 15 months but every time project manager and HR give a new excuse, so I had to switch from TCS to other company.

Hi bro, dont worry about it . If you are not able to perform then have a discussion with your team lead and discuss what you need to perform well . There is no fear of you getting fired in TCS .max they will do is to put you on PIP and there also you will get enough time to get what you want to perform well. Bro, i don't have much idea about the MBA in details but i think the designation is same for all the tcs profiles. I would suggest you to check LinkedIn and filter out who are working in your profile in TCS and then message them and put your queries. I am sure some will for sure reply you and clear your doubts .
