They don't consider ipf rating? I have ipf of 3.84 but got d band due to low wfo attendance...

Min 30 days to max 90 days
@@Sinha78685 PIP duration completely depends on the manager . If your manager wants he can even extend your PIP period from 90 days
Sir NQT exam through tcs me Digital profile ko select hua hu but 3months se jada time hua par tcs joining nahi de rahi he... iska ky reason he or hum kuch kar sakte he ky isme.

PIP har companies mei hota zaroora hai lekin sirf naam ke liye and on paper agar ye laga to khatam tata bye bye ye 3rd stage Cancer ki tarah hai hogya to marna confirm hai
