If u have trust in your skills choose Accenture as in Accenture u have a chance of 100 percent promotion

People still getting surprised while getting support project in TCS. Don't understand why ? Especially as a fresher - what else you expect from a service company like TCS. Would say it's lack of awareness

Same hua mere sathi bhi...mai bhi 2022 m join kiya tcs as a fresher. Mera manager bhi release nahi de raha tha... Upar se C band de diya first appraisal m sab kaam karva k... Tabse bhai kaam he nahi karunga bol diya maine... 100% contribution se direct 0% contribution to the project. Bohot mental trauma hua bhai, roj roj k mails dhamkiya, HR ka escalation.. fir 2 months baad release mil gya 😅

Today TCS rejected me for the second time in NQT interview for a prime role and before this they rejected me in CodeVita hiring FY'24 because I'm a CodeVita qualifier.
After this rejection I don't know what to do next and even though I don't know what I did wrong and why they rejected me again. Please help, I think you are the one who can guide me . . . . . .

Its been just 3+ months with tcs and i feel i took a bad decision joining tcs
Because of the management worst behavior , nor at all employee friendly , worst part is recruitment , my recruiter promise my joining bonus with one figure and now he changed to some amount
And told in the last minute to accept in the portal
How to raise complaint on these kind of worst managerment and recruiters any idea

Bro i think you are the right person to answer my question I have offer from tcs ninja role and a product based startup. The package of startup is slightly less than tcs with 3 years bond. I am confused between both. And during the tcs interview they said no development role and role is based on project and i said ok but my interest is in development role. What will you suggest? In that startup everything is ok but bond is long and pay also slightly less. And i case of breaking the bond do we have to serve the notice period even if we pay the amount for breaking the bond. If we do like this and join other company during background verification will this be a problem?

I am going to join tcs digital.
I will switch. But can i give interviews and resign tcs after getting OFFER letter. Or i have to resign first then get offer letter. It's bit risky that resigning before getting any OL.
Hi bro, I recently completed 10 months in tcs & planning to resign. I got 60k incentives at the time of joining so do I need to pay that back if I resign now (even if my last working day will technically be after 13 months of joining) ?

Hi bro, one query. Like you said to connect with project managers in knome and all, so should we do this before talking about release from project or after taking release. Because for most of the projects the requirement is urgent.

I am also facing similar kind of issue. They are not giving me the opportunity of releasing me from the unit so they keep me allocated in the old project from which I want to get released. They deallocated me but after some day they again tag me to the same old project even if I have the release mail I could not do anything. 😭

Hii, I had joined tcs at 21 july 2022 ... I want to resign tcs but having bond of 1 year.... I am completing 9 months after 2 days . ...then when it is better to resign?? I mean (9 months working+ 3 months notice period = 1 year..... will i get experience letter of 1 yr.?? Or notice period is included in 1 yr bond or else excluding
Yes you can resign after 3 days ..and serve notice period you don't have to pay bond you will get experience letter of 1yr

From my experience don't try to get release as they will not give anyways. Directly make a plan to prepare and switch. I know it's easier said than done but better than trying to get release.
Yes instead of asking for release.. prepare for switch..it will guarantee you the better role and hike
