This was my first Soulsborne game. Even though I haven't finished it yet, I've learned something special from it. When you get knocked down, get back up. When you're struggling with a challenge, don't quit. (Take a break if you have to) I started this game a few years ago, but then I had to take a break because it was causing me to get overwhelmed by the bosses. I got stuck on Blood Starved Beast for more than a month at the beginning. Eventually, I went back after progressing more in the story and beat him with a dlc weapon: Simon's Bowblade. Then, I got stuck on Ludwig and the One Reborn. Took another break and next year I went back in. Finally beat Ludwig. Another year has passed and now recently, I'm back and I've learned more about these bosses and I got even further into the game than I ever thought before when i first started playing this. I beat Living Failures, Lady Maria, One Reborn, Micolash, and recently the Orphan of Kos. (Which is considered to be the hardest boss in all of Soulsborne.) I suprisingly beat them all in 2-3 days. Ive beaten the Nightmare, now it's time to finish the Dream and end this Night. Looking back, I've realized that this game taught me some things... Patience Understanding an obstacle Getting better and better when you practice, or if you fail, try again or take a break and come back when you're ready You don't have to fight alone Help others Cherish the moments Enjoy life Thank you Miyazaki for your games, especially this one. Thank you Bloodborne.
I found orphan to be the hardest in bloodborne, he definetly isn't the hardest in all of soulsborne, i think ds3 and some elden ring and sekiro bosses are tougher. Some say Laurence the first vicar (the optional boss of the dlc) is the toughest in bloodbonre. Also its recommended to first beat the entire game exept the ending boss(es) and then go for the dlc. The dlc is much tougher than anything in the main game. Also if you include the chalice dungeons then amygdala in loran where you have half your health and one shots you and the watchdog are tougher than anything in the main game and the dlc
i love how every soulsborne game has special moon abilities or the moon is one of the most powerful "magic" entities. just think about the possibility that the moon in from-software lore is actually a goddess
the moon represents emotions, and it's really emotions and the characters attachments to them that caused these worlds. Gwyn to fear, and Mensis to Pride. The lore suggests that if we as people don't govern our own emotional inner worlds, it is exactly them; in their mesmerizing power - which trap us into loops of self scarification, and in expansion: a collective sacrifice of the outer world. The main character is the only one who's got The inner strength to learn from their mistakes, and emotionally harmonize themselves within these worlds face to face. These games are self contained metaphors for Life, and in our Spiritual Duality as both Dark & Light, all takes are welcomed. The moon is a goddess indeed :)
This makes a brilliant trailer, even if it does include SOME spoilers. I played bloodborne over 20 times in a row, still going... Gameplay wise the best souls game. Lorewise not comparable since its very different from dark souls. Nice job.
They're actually very similar, both are very meta with Bloodborne having you become the beast, not your character, and dark souls having every player connected and disconnected to a single world in a convoluted form. And both deal with time, dark souls is about how staying in the past is harmful, and Bloodborne is about how trying too hard to push towards the future will hurt us. Or at least that's how I see it
My theory is that they didn’t make another bloodborne because they’re afraid to disappoint, its so amazing they probably can’t recreate it. I love the other souls games I played but bloodborne is different.
Amazing work! I wonder if we ER will inspire you to create a video for Malenia the Severed. The solemnity and tragedy on her design makes me feel she will be an incredible character
I already used it for my previous video. I didn't play it again so it wouldn't be repetitive, I prefer that each video has its own music and a different essence. The format is the same, but the game is different, so is the music.
Imagine being happy gatekeeping a souls game because you’re a console pony. It’s literally a box that you play games on. I’m glad more ps games are coming to PC including horizon forbidden west this year and more to come.
Honestly I really loved the dark souls tribute but this one I'm not a fan of. I feel like you actually presented it "as a videogame" which I felt was not the point of the video. The selection of voice lines and moments felt less about the real themes and lessons of bloodborne and more about the "cool" factor.
I agree, but I still liked this one very much too. there's a guy who made a Bloodborne Tribute and it's kind of emotional, maybe you can like it: ua-cam.com/video/uVoBbmn21k4/v-deo.html

May the good blood guide your way!
May the first flame be with you
I literally bought a Playstation played Bloodborne then sold the console. This game is a masterpiece and can't wait for a PC port.
Should've kept the console, ps has so many good exclusive games.
That’s to say Sony will do that with the license
Kept the console. Ive had it for 2 years now and BB is the only game i own. Worth every penny
Missing out on Ng+ runs, and trying out builds
Big mistake, you can't replay Bloodborne anymore
3:37 I think it’s illegal to make it this epic… Well Done!
What a cool Playthrough. I'm playing it gor the first time and I'm absolutely obsessed with this game 😁
do the dungeons. i built one of each possible kind. they are so interesting. never the same . i have 21 toons across my profiles, love the game

Just like I spected Sr.
And then they are Saying Elden ring is the best Souls. Yeah Right
Elden Ring is not even top 3 Soulsborne
My theory is that they didn’t make another bloodborne because they’re afraid to disappoint, its so amazing they probably can’t recreate it. I love the other souls games I played but bloodborne is different.

The reason I bought the PS4, and the only thing I enjoyed playing on it lol

Bloodborne is my favorite game oat and i have played some good games
I don't know the plot of bloodborne at all, so watching this while also high af is fucking insane
This is also a self insert game, literally all souls games are like that where the MC is genuinely Us
Where's the its just a videogame music
I already used it for my previous video. I didn't play it again so it wouldn't be repetitive, I prefer that each video has its own music and a different essence. The format is the same, but the game is different, so is the music.
What song is it playing throughout the video?
Laurence, the first Vicar ost ^^
Xlosers and Pcers waiting and waiting
