  • My final round of posing the night before my bodybuilding debut at the 2023 ICN Melbourne Muscle and Model Classic!
Coached myself, created my own diet and taught myself how to pose. Definitely will benefit from a coach down the track but as a 19 yr old student these things are expensive 😅.
Managed to land 5th place in Open Bodybuilding, which for my first time I'm definitely happy with. There's plenty of improvements to make, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with the package I brought! 💪💪

Thank you! It was a blast, so much fun! I wasn't as big as some of the older, more experienced Open Bodybuilders but I was happy to get on the podium due to my conditioning.

Damn that sucks to hear you have a similar problem. I had an injection and conservative rehab instead of surgery. Had to stop training for 3 months. I've been back in the gym for 1 month and very slowly it's been feeling better. What have you done with your injury?
