My final round of posing the night before my bodybuilding debut at the 2023 ICN Melbourne Muscle and Model Classic! Coached myself, created my own diet and taught myself how to pose. Definitely will benefit from a coach down the track but as a 19 yr old student these things are expensive 😅. Ey man i'am supposed to go for a shoulder operation because of shoulder dislocation continuesly and i 'am going to work again and there is some pain but les every day just keep on exercising 🎉so true

Thank you! It was a blast, so much fun! I wasn't as big as some of the older, more experienced Open Bodybuilders but I was happy to get on the podium due to my conditioning.

Felling sad for you my guy im in the same boat maybe surgery is the only key for a labrum tear to fully fe functional
Damn that sucks to hear you have a similar problem. I had an injection and conservative rehab instead of surgery. Had to stop training for 3 months. I've been back in the gym for 1 month and very slowly it's been feeling better. What have you done with your injury?

Just for reference, this was what prep looked like from 8-3 days out. The 2 days before show day looked a lot different with carbs drastically increasing and the dehydration process beginning.
