I'm so sorry that people (with whom you have zero relationship) step in to tell you how to parent. You are gracious to share your experience with us. Please know how much the vast majority of us love you, your content, and are grateful you want to make mom-life better. Love to you and your lovely family. Please don't focus on the negative!
I haven’t got a baby, nor am I planning on one any time soon, but this was still super interesting. Especially as it gives me ideas for baby gifts for friends. I bought my best friend a couple of things for her baby shower a few years ago that you’d featured in your baby essentials video after having River, & she loved them!
Lol fleur I love your videos and was pregnant July 21-April 22. I spent a lot of time rewatching your old pregnancy videos haha you can imagine my luck now that these are a little too late for me but im still enjoying! Thank you
Love all these suggestions, but these exact baby clippers literally took the top of my baby’s finger off (only the tiniest bit, but man did it bleed, and man did I cry!). Glad they work for you but wanted to share as they caused me so much trouble! x
Just wanted to join in solidarity. When my boy was a baby I also snipped a sliver of skin off the end of his finger with these. So you’re not alone! Husband has clipped fingers and toes ever since as I am terrified (baby’s nearly 2 now). To be fair, my husband never has a problem with them, but I certainly did!
Ive always hated zip up onesies for cold UK weather. Baby is basically fully naked for every nappy change whereas with buttons you only need to open the last few. Maybe I am wrong, since most people love them. I am going to try the wondersuit with baby 2 and see what I think
I have on children and long past the age to have kids and I enjoy this video. Enzo is adorable. I want a sweater like his. I am so happy for you, Mike and River. Thanks
Hey Fleur :) just a note about steam sterilisers, actually the one I use from Philips Avent does dry the bottles afterwards! So its pretty handy :) It does take about 40 minutes to sterilise and then dry though
The wearable pumps are just such a game changer. My first is nearly 7 and my baby is now 15 months old and we didn’t have wearable pumps when my first was born. So having it this time for when I was pumping for daycare was just so amazing I have a momcozy which is a bit cheaper than the Elvie and I LOVE it.
Thanks for referencing the dock-a-tot and safe sleep. It's nice to see a safe use for them. I never used one with my daughter as the thought horrified me but now I'd consider one if I was lucky enough to have another baby!! Also I encourage you to look at extended rear facing seats for a toddler seat when Enzo grows out of the baby seat as they are the safest seats on the market. ❤️❤️
Hi Fleur, thanks for the video. Would you consider doing a video on your c-section experience? Tips and advice etc? I, for one, would find that extremely helpful! :)
Such a beautiful and happy little boy! I can’t believe you received awful dms about the Dock a tot! Do people think you don’t know about the warnings? 🤦🏼♀️. You’re a brilliant mum Fleur ♥️
You do you, and parent in your own way. I did things that is not recommended with my lil people and I found my own way just like you have and everyone should, we assess our own risk. However I do think though you put an emphasis on day advice when talking about the fancy cushion, the lullaby sleep advice does not differentiate between day and night though because SIDs can occur at any time.
Thank you! This was really interesting. I hab my first child 3 years ago and there are still such new inventions that comes in very handy! Really nice 😊👍🏼 I will definitely check out the UV sterilizer at Black Friday 😅
Can’t believe I’ve only just found your channel. Your videos are so helpful. Watching past videos and wondered what your thoughts are on the stokke sleepi mini? Was there a reason why you didn’t keep and convert to the toddler bed? Thank you! x
U can just flick out any water inside a sterile bottle after taking out of steriliser before u screw it closed. The outside can be safely dried with a clean cloth. The outside of the bottle doesnt need to be sterile and it wont be as soon as u touch it with your hands anyways.
Great video. My rainbow baby is now 8 and half months and we use a lot of these same products. The car seat is fantastic. I didn't know it laid flat on the pram til Daisy was 6 months annoyingly but I love it. X
Please consider keeping Enzo rear faced in the car for as long as possible! Even River could still rear face even though you feel she's big 🤗 Rear facing is 5x safer than front facing, and it'd be the safest way even for adults!
We love the doona for carseat/stroller and for pump I have the momcozy which is also a handsfree pump but a fraction of the price of the Elvie. I also love the Halo bassinet. I would also recommend the momroo swing! I love your baby videos ❤❤
i loved the halo bassinest too! we had the same edition and we used the vibration at first too until the battery died but we never used anything else lol! my baby boy grew out of it around 5 months, mostly because he was starting to roll and pull himself up on the side of it and i was scared he’d roll right out of it lol so we’re using the pack n play- he’s almost 7 months and i was full on planning on moving him to his own room now but i just haven’t lol
Absolutely love wondersuits. My 2 year old has just outgrown his suit hes been wearing since he was 6months old! Worth every penny! I got ours preloved or in the sales online but ive seen them in tkmaxx!

I know 3 people expecting babies over the next few months. If nothing else I'm off to M&S for baby socks to add to their gift. Thanks Fleur.
Thank you so much for this video, Fleur! Please keep posting baby-related content, it’s so helpful for new Mums!!! X

Yes same! It was traumatic I felt awful. I really recommend the little tommee tippee scissors I found them a lot easier to use believe it or not x

Mine too. I’ve used a couple of brands and they both sterilise then dry.

Congratulations on your new baby
Hi Fleur, thanks for the video. Would you consider doing a video on your c-section experience? Tips and advice etc? I, for one, would find that extremely helpful! :)
I loved the Nuby UV steriliser, it was just a 3 minute cycle, doesn’t do the drying but massive gamechanger
I love the nuna travel crib! We actually used it as our main crib and our travel crib which really made the price worth it for us

Enzo such a gorgeous baby have a Good weekend 🥰

I think baby Enzo looks like you ❤️
Omgosh but do you remember River's crib/cot?! It was a beautiful round dream!
Hi fleur will you be doing Xmas gift suggestions? Or ideas for gifts for expecting parents?

Bonds often do 40% off all stock !!
My little one lives in Bonds wondersuits, they're the best 😅

For a second I thought you said "most of the babies I've spoken to about car seats" 🤣
Did you end up getting the owlet smart sock/ if so would you recommend? X
Hi I have a question, Why are you drying the bottles? I was always told the water should be sterile? Also the link is missing for the cream. :)
Enzo is Mike's twin
I'm having a fall baby
🤩🤩🤩
My youngest was a grump in the car in his Cybex. It’s not magic 😂😂
Wait you're a mom?!?!?!?! Omg wait what did I miss, you look nothing like a mom, I mean in the sense that you haven't aged AT ALL!!! 😳 🤩
lol you can be a mom and look young😅
