Am I pregnant? No. Am I planning on being pregnant any time soon? No. Am I still totally invested in this video? Yes. 😂 Sending you so much love and good vibes for the birth of this babe! ❤️
I gave birth to baby #1 about a month ago - I am still nostalgic of my delivery, it went so well - I wish you the same Fleur and same for all the mamas reading this ♥
I just love this content. It's wonderful to see you so happy. As a nurse, I recommend you take your medications in their original packaging as the staff won't be able to administer if don't have their label and expiry etc.
I am in shock that River is already 4.5 years old. Wow…I remember following your pregnancy with her years ago…it’s amazing how time just flies by. I am so happy for you guys…hope everything goes smoothly…sending lots of love!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I’m so incredibly excited for you! I always wanted children but, alas, wasn’t blessed. So, with a laughing and a crying eye, I shall live vicariously through you. I hope everything goes well and you’ll have a healthy, and may I say, very lucky little man, to take home with you.
I love how consistent you are with the designs/patterns you like. Whenever I see something with stars, I’m reminded of your obsession. All the best with your delivery, looking forward to the videos and the birth announcement!
Currently 32w4 days pregnant with second baby and haven’t started on hospital bag yet so this perfect timing! All the best for baby number 2 Fleur!!! Xxx
Wishing You a Safe and Healthy delivery on your little boy, I had a 9lb 8oz first baby, natural birth, he’s now almost 43 years young, I literally pushed through it, c-sections weren’t such a choice back then unless the baby was in distress, so 12 hours later and 36 stitches he finally made his way into the world and when he was born he didn’t look like a big baby at all, he fitted into all the new born clothes I had purchased for him not knowing what gender I was having till he was born. Best Wishes to You, Mike and little Riv, she’s going to be an adorable big sister to her little brother, just the right age difference to be of help to you. Can’t wait to see little man and what you name him, I love the name River. All the Best from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺💖💖💙💙
Watching and you said you’re having a blow dry the day before baby comes and you had a blow dry yesterday so today may be the day. So so so excited and happy for you. Like others I won’t be having a baby as I’m in my 50’s but love your videos and that you’re back xxx
Can you do a video comparing your first few months experience with your new baby and if/how it differed from Rivs first few months? :) would be interesting to hear about any noticeable differences that you find this time round Xxx
I am not pregnant and don't plan to be any time soon but we are the same age and I have grown up with you. You have been my favorite UA-camr since the beginning and I love your videos. It's like catching up with a friend! So excited for you and your family and can't wait to meet baby boy when the time is is right 💙
i had my daughter 3.5 years ago and just had my son almost 3 months ago now and i could not remember what i needed and what i used with my first lol i basically overpacked the second time around just to be safe haha wishing you a healthy delivery with baby boy💙
perfect timing! I'm 35 weeks with my second child (after a 5 year gap!) and need to get a wriggle on with packing my hospital bag! 😂 in my defense I have bought most things I just haven't done that final step of packing it all!
So happy for you Fleur, I've been watching foreverrrr, before your wedding even. Just wanted to say my brother is 4.5 years older than me and I love it! Just enough that we never had to share (or fight over) too many toys, we felt like our own people so could just enjoy being friends. Wishing you peace and smooth days!
For sleepers, I recommend Little Sleepies. Double zip and although the legs and arms a re long it’s purposely done. And it’s open feet but you can fold it over to cover it. Arms are fold-over as well. Makes me wish I thought of it….
Really helpful, expecting our first in January so winter baby, trying to get as organised as possible while about to go into my final year of nursing. So I have found your videos really helpful and just lovely to watch.
I’m due a baby at the end of august! A planned c-section hopefully so this video is so helpful as my eldest is 4 at the end of July soo it’s been a while! My first was 9lbs 5oz and this baby is set to be a big baby too so I’ve not really bought much and I’ve just bought some different 0-3 baby grows! My first lived in short sleeved vests for the first few weeks of his life as it was so hot in the July!
OMG Fleur I cant believe it’s almost that time and so happy to hear there will be more before the day.........I’m so thrilled for you ,Mike and River...it’s been a long time coming.....will look forward to the next vlog......stay well..........Donna in Toronto
I had a baby in December 2020 (so fairly heavy covid restrictions in the hospital) but we packed a big bag of food/snacks, just to be sure we/I had something to eat that wasn't necessarily hospital food or from a vending machine, that would be my only additional recommendation, but I don't know what restrictions are in place now, my husband had to leave after 2 or 3 hours and wasn't allowed back until he was picking me up (12 hours later) Good luck! 💙
Thanks for this, Fleur! Currently almost 39 weeks pregnant (also with a baby boy), but with my first - so this is super helpful! As you say, can't really tell when he's going to come, so all that's left is to (not so patiently) wait 🥰 xx
My little boy was 8lb 15 and the jojo newborn has fitted him for about 8 weeks. They are fairly big, you’re right, also he’s been in next up to 1 month for about two months. Good luck with baby, I’m looking forward to some more baby videos! Have a nearly four year old girl and 14 week old.. you’re in for a wild ride!! Xxx
It’s so weird having your second baby in opposite weather isn’t it? My first was a summer baby in the tropics and second middle of winter in a cold climate. It really threw me when trying to prepare like what do I even dress them in? Don’t forget extra long phone charger so you can use your phone all night long for that awful day 3 night when they get confused and stay up until 3am. Best wishes with it Fleur :)
I had a baby boy 2 weeks ago- he measured 7lb/ 8lb and he ended up being 10lb 🙈 none of the baby clothes I packed fit him.. he's in up to 1 month babygrows from Next and they are tight!! They recommend that baby wear a hat for the first 24hours. Good luck with the planned c section and recovery- hope all goes well.
I love watching these… although I took one small bag with all my and baby #2‘s things. I know some hospitals don’t supply as much, we didn’t need anything for our stay in hospital. I only took my toiletries, a change of clothes, slippers & one baby outfit for baby to go home in. Wishing you all the best for the rest of your pregnancy & birth!
I'm in my seventies so why am I watching this video. Well I loved your u tube vlogs and really miss them. I am so excited about the new baby and looking forward to seeing him join your family. Good luck to you with the birth.
You look so well. Best of luck with your delivery, cannot wait to see a pic of River with that new baby, they’re always my favorites photos. Also looking forward to a nursery tour…that wallpaper is gorgeous 😍
I had my son 4 years ago, and they were monitoring him monthly because of some kidney issue during gestation. They told me that he would be nearly 10 lb, because they were measuring his femur or something. And I had a scheduled C-section because of that. Turns out, he was only 8 lb. He was just very long because his father and I are very tall people. Just something to take into consideration because my next baby is going to probably be a vbac knowing this
Our due dates must be so close together ❤️ im due baby number 2 20th July. My bags are all packed too. I definitely packed less this time round. Wishing you all the best for your delivery of baby boy. Can't wait to see pictures and the introduction video 😍 xx
Quick side note the star 🌟 print baby grow my daughter when home in and she was 10lb 7 if you get stuck and nothing else fits that one should. I wasn't prepared for a big baby most grows do well but they won't last for long. Next size up will keep for longer. My daughter didn't put much weight on for a good few weeks. Good luck. Ps you'll be hospital famous the mid wife's love a big baby. X x x
I’m sure you’ve already thought of this, but just as a momma with a big baby - newborn diapers may not fit. My son wore 1 newborn diaper and then the hospital pediatrician was checking him out and immediately asked the nurse to get us size 1s (he was 8lbs11oz)
All the best for baby number two 💙🥰. So happy for you, Mike and big sister River 💕! Thanks for filming this video for us - really enjoyed watching 🤗. Love that little baby boy gets to wear star-themed outfits too 🌟.
I’m expecting my first and I’m trying to take so many tips 🤣🤣 made up you’re back doing some videos! Good luck with baby no 2! All the love to you all 🥰🥰🤍xx
I'm due on Monday, my first baby. I've had my bags packed for the last couple of weeks but came here for some further inspiration. I've followed you for such a long time, over 10 years! Crazy how quickly time has gone. Good luck for your delivery, we haven't found out what we're having although now I wish we had 😂
2nd pregnancy i feel you are more prepared. Also know what you need to pack. Also can reuse items from baby 1. I always prefer neutral colours so is handy for both genders. I was never a fan of baby pink and baby blue colours. I just bought one hand carrier for myself and a baby bag for the baby. For baby just the minimum essentials baby grows, vests, hats, mittens and blanket. Also a going home outfit. Nappies definitely is a tricky ones as it was hard to know the size the baby will wear. I did end up using some from the hospital. And they also have baby formula there too if you end up struggling with breast feeding. I didn’t bother with makeup rather when at home to take pictures. And no shower and wash hair since Chinese traditions you cannot shower and wash hair for a month or two. Just wipe down body. In hospital only for two nights normal birth. I tend to use old night gowns, pjs and slippers as dump them afterwards don’t keep stuff from hospital.
Wow I’m impressed you can stay in the hospital 2 nights in the UK! It’s super fantastic. I’m from Denmark and With my first baby they kicked us out after 3 hours from giving birth and for the next babies is even shorter. Maybe because you will have a c-section? Great video and good luck 💕
Usually if you have a section you stay in for a couple of days, natural birth can be much shorter depending on the time of day you deliver, some people are discharged the same day too x

Thank you for this video. Currently 35 weeks with my second and absolutely no motivation to get anything organised. 🤣🤣 at least it’s a good reminder of what I should pack 🤪
I’m also definitely taking some skin care & abit of make up with me this time as I didn’t last time and my skin was so dry after been in the hospital! Xx
Everything is gorgeous, Fleur! Your taste is impeccable! Love Next clothes - I found their popper onesies smaller in size than the zipper ones, very confusing. Best of luck, mumma!
Are you giving birth in a private hospital? I gave birth 10 weeks ago in an nhs hospital and we had to provide some of the things you mentioned you didn’t need to provide last time - like nappies, maternity pads. No shower gel in the showers!! Just so anyone watching knows to pack these if they’re giving birth in an nhs hospital x
Sometimes due to c sections Milk will be late.. my midwife told me to ask for a pump in the room.. to try pumping whilst baby slept ( second c section) ♥️♥️♥️
It’s so funny how the advice varies from midwife to midwife - I was told not to pump till feeding was established… I started quite early with the pumping and personally felt it got my supply up with river but on one of the home visits the midwife told me I shouldn’t be doing it… it’s hard to know sometimes when people give you conflicting advice!
Fleur. You look so beautiful!! Your videos are so relaxing and informative. You didn’t mention any slippers for you. I remember really wishing I had some. And socks!! Ohhh and body wipes for those crazy post partum sweats LOL 😘 best to you and your little man
Oh yes - slippers! I took some last time and didn’t wear them, this time I’m taking my flip flops/sliders, but again… they are on my last minute list cos I’m going to wash them first (I have ones you can put in the washing machine - so good 🙌🏻)
Maybe it’s different in the isa but if you have a baby set to be over 9lbs ndont bring newborn diapers! They will need size 1. I know from experience. Luckily the hospital provided them and we hadn’t invested in a ton of newborn sized anything, but yeah size 1 over newborn
Good luck, I also enjoyed my planned section. It was very calm. The best nappy cream is the yellow metanium :) Edit: I wouldn’t take a dressing gown either because it’s booking in hospital and I had mine in October. Would be worse in July!
Did you have your babies in a private hospital Fleur? I know you’ve always done scans & screening privately, which we did with all of ours, but we’ve always had them in NHS hospitals which used to be really good - but for our last two they hardly gave me the stitches let alone disposable pants/nappies etc x
If you are planning on breast feeding then no. If something goes wrong and you can't, they will not let baby starve. If you are planning on formula feeding then yes you need to bring formula in as they have stuff in for emergencies, not to feed people's babies as standard.
We personally don’t bring any, as planning to breastfeed. They have formula on hand for emergencies though, we had to give river some formula on day 3 before we were discharged as my milk still hadn’t come in and she wasn’t weeing, but they provided that for us (in the tiny, single-use bottles) then my milk came in the next day and she was all good 🙌🏻🎉
It's hard to know what to make of the measurements/precentiles. My 1st baby, a boy measured 96th precentile. They said he'd be the most of 10lbs. He was 7lbs. 2nd baby was 98th percentile apparently yet she weighed 8lbs at birth. Anyway, they were born hail & hearty which was the main thing. Best of luck Fleur
My mum was told I wasn't growing as expected and was measuring small. I was born 6 weeks early and was 6lbs 8ozs lol. They went by length and didn't take into account I was a very chubby baby. I'm still short (5ft) and fat 🤣
Am I pregnant? No. Am I planning on being pregnant any time soon? No. Am I still totally invested in this video? Yes. 😂 Sending you so much love and good vibes for the birth of this babe! ❤️
Sane here.
Saaaame
Same 😆
Saaaame! 😂

The little starry baby hat, though! So cute! I just realized that you're having your baby in time for your birthday this year. Best present, ever!

Water wipes are plastic free and biodegradable now :) they changed a few months ago! Just in case you ever need another option x
Silver cups for breastfeeding were my most helpful item for me ….life saving …couldn’t recommend them enough

Maybe it’s different in the isa but if you have a baby set to be over 9lbs ndont bring newborn diapers! They will need size 1. I know from experience. Luckily the hospital provided them and we hadn’t invested in a ton of newborn sized anything, but yeah size 1 over newborn
Bring snacks! I don’t know if this is an American thing 🤣 I gave birth to my first baby last October! I also had a boy!
Good luck with baby number 2! Which stroller are you going to buy it's such a minefield? x
Good luck, I also enjoyed my planned section. It was very calm.
The best nappy cream is the yellow metanium :)
Edit: I wouldn’t take a dressing gown either because it’s booking in hospital and I had mine in October.
I would have also packed a mini dry shampoo ;) good luck with everything, loved this!
All the best Fleur ❤️ 🥰
I've missed you and your videos 🥰🥰🥰
You are absolutely glowing Fleur! Good luck with everything
So so helpful, thank you ❤
Omg I still have the exact same 10 year old Denman compact hairbrush 😂 Loved watching this xx
Good luck on the c section! X
Hi fleur do you know if you need to bring formula into the hospital?
If you are planning on breast feeding then no. If something goes wrong and you can't, they will not let baby starve. If you are planning on formula feeding then yes you need to bring formula in as they have stuff in for emergencies, not to feed people's babies as standard.
We personally don’t bring any, as planning to breastfeed. They have formula on hand for emergencies though, we had to give river some formula on day 3 before we were discharged as my milk still hadn’t come in and she wasn’t weeing, but they provided that for us (in the tiny, single-use bottles) then my milk came in the next day and she was all good 🙌🏻🎉
@@FleurDeForce thank you that's good to know!
What eyeshadow are you wearing in this? Looks so nice! Such a nice option for day makeup. Please let me know! X
This is so helpful, thank you so much for sharing!
How exciting!
i would really, really love to see the nursery. i love how you redo your rooms. all the best for the baby boy 🤍
Would love to know where that pill organiser is from?? Nice it doesnt look like one - just like a makeup compact!!
It’s from Alessi
Almost same as me Fleur♥️♥️♥️ Two C sections, last one scheduled ♥️♥️
