Park truck on level ground, put chocks 6" in front AND behind wheels. Put truck in neutral, use pry bar in the ujoint to rotate it by moving truck forward and back
Can I use the same grease for all of it? I use "Mobilgrease FM 222, NSF H1" grease for my JBA Upper Control Arms, and wondering if I can use the same grease for all components.
@@Garcias_garage724 interesting. I’ve heard people say to be careful to not put too much grease in the slip yoke as the grease hypothetically could cause the slip yoke to hydrolock preventing the slip yoke from moving. But if it’s always worked for you I’ll try it!
@@jacob_lindstrom I get grease out of the splines before anything and when driving it pull push out what it doesn't like it never takes much or any crazy amount of squeezing force. I will try to look up some stuff asap so I don't get any people in trouble lol.
Thank you. Made the process easier and enjoyable
I can never park where all fittings are reachable like that
This took me a few tries tbh 😂

Good video. I always wipe off the fittings first.
I need to make a better habit of that. This is like the 3rd tip I’ve put on this grease gun 😅
I had a feeling that was Red n Tacky. My go-to greases for just about everything are either Red n Tacky or Super Lube, depending on application
Both solid choices 👌
Can someone say what kind of grease and what is the name of that pump? Is there a separate attachment you have to get for the end of it?
It’s just a standard grease gun from any part store 👍 I always use the Lucas red and tacky grease.
thank you so much bro!!

@@michaelfrymus I don't see why not
Even bacon grease would be better than no grease
Some reason I can’t ever get the grease to go in the fitting. Like half a pump it just squirts out at the nozzle
@@aaronroy9825 could be a blocked fitting. You can get an assortment of them pretty cheap on Amazon and swap then out super easy
Do you pump grease until grease comes out of the slip yoke?
Normally that's what I do yes sometimes I get a bit of moisture before the grease pops out.

What grease are you using?
Locas red n tacky is the best stuff I’ve used hands down!
