On older machines they might not have that bleeder so you can turn the machine off and move the lever for the auxiliary flow back and forth and it’ll help let the pressure out of the lines
Excellent point...thanks for sharing!
Thank you this worked!
My man, you just saved me so much time and probably some money too
Never new that... Thank you!
Thanks a lot
Great info Thank you !
Thank you sir!
There is a groove on the collar that lines up with the coupler that makes it even easier
My problem is during winter I have to detach and reattach them, but the top one on mine seems to be frozen on, can’t pull the cover back. My question is how do I detach a stuck one.
I noticed the machine was off. Is that important or can you do it with the machine running ?
I usually recommend to shut it off....IF for some reason there was an issue if the engine is running the hydraulic pump would be running and cause an even larger mess. But ultimately I don't think it is a huge deal if you do prefer to leave it on.
I always left it running, as long as no ones sending pressure through the lines, or pressure being sent back from the attachment they’ll pop off. And if you live in a cold climate, keep a torch in the cab, they’ll freeze on. - or run the attachment for a bit, the hydro will melt the ice once it’s hot enough
Can you do it with 943 bobcat
North tx guys and their bobcats. 🙄
👍😎
Thanks
