    It's one thing to say you're getting enough protein to meet your goals, but putting a number on it, especially when talking about non-animal-source protein, then you need to look into protein digestibility scores (DIAAS). Because unless you do the calculations for mixing the amino acid ratios of different plant sources, then that number is inflated. Only soy isolate is "complete", and who wants to eat only that. As a vegan, you generally want to be eating more protein than you think you're getting to build muscle optimally.

      @@lukej2001 soy in general is a complete protein (so tofu, tempeh etc are great) not just soy isolate :)
