Many places in Yunnan grow cassava. It is often sold at a price of several jiao per jin. My grandpa says that in places where cassava can be successfully grown, other crops do not grow well. Moreover, it is laborious to dig it out. Most villagers don’t know that those delicate desserts and milk tea on the streets are made from cheap cassava starch… So this time, I want to make desserts with it and let them have a taste. A bottle of milk tea, a bowl of taro balls with brown sugar, and a piece of steamed little bowl cake. The villagers have grown cassava for so many years, and when they have food made from cassava this time, they find it most fashionable and satisfying.

The last scene where they sip the milktea together was so cute. Such a heartwarming video you shared over here where everybody in the village have a taste of those milktea, even the little girl have if for the first time.

I think this is the best content I've ever seen. not only teaching how to cook and cultivate natural resources, but the most important thing is teaching to be good wiih neighbours, sharing things that are owned with others, and loving animals..

台灣人在這，這次的主題很有熟悉感。正宗台灣珍珠奶茶是用赤色砂糖，比白糖多個甘蔗香氣，但好喝就好，畢竟台灣也把很多食物改成自己口味。另外也期待等疫情穩定後，小哥有空來九份吃吃台灣傳統芋圓
阿盆姐製作珍珠時也有用紅糖 是往期視頻的甘蔗熬製的紅糖 不過奶茶應該是用白砂糖煎茶葉(您大概說是這個吧😆) 沒有杠的意思喔~本人也超愛喝台灣珍珠奶茶😍
赤色砂糖是二砂，是比較清爽帶有甘蔗香的甜味，紅糖/黑糖則是溫暖醇厚的甜味，味道差很多，台灣最早期的冰品其實是比較常用二砂的～
另外製作時加的其實是焦糖色素（同時帶有焦糖香），珍珠煮好後會再加糖去悶，台灣傳統冰品及珍奶是用二砂悶，後來才衍生出以黑糖或蜂蜜去悶的，用二砂悶的才會有台灣正統珍奶的味道

芋圆一直是中国人传统的食物……也不算是台湾的。奶茶也是一直是蒙古族的传统饮食，只不过他们加的是盐。

It happened that I myself made snacks from cassava this morning. It's called "Srawut". The cassava is grated in a certain type of grater, mixed with little salt and some palm sugar n then steamed for about 45 minutes. When it's cooked, we put some shreded coconut. Finally, it's time to serve. Bobba ice tea is also polular here. But this is my first time to know how to process it from you 🙏. Many young people love to eat them. Cassava is one of the best root veggies ever! In my country we cook them in many forms, but the best way we love to eat them is boiled up and then lots of pickled red onions on top! It is delicious. We also have a flat bread called Casabe made from this. It's so cool to see how versatile this root veg can be.

手工珍珠不是這樣做的！在篩子裡搖出來的！但是也挺厲害了想出這個方式！
